“If you’re looking for top notch service, go see John at the Red Wing store! I was having some trouble getting the right fit with my boots, but John went above and beyond to make things right. He was super helpful, patient, and made the exchange process completely seamless.
The new pair fits absolutely perfectly now. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my future footwear needs, ask for John if you stop by!”
“Tasha, the manager, gave me extra support finding the perfect tennis shoe. Due to a recovering leg, she went the extra mile to help me. Tasha is imbued with a warm & engaging personality.
Thank you❣”

“Michael is awesome. Had a last minute need for my dress shoes, he came to greet me and had them finished in minutes. Friendly, fast, and fair. Another plane i called claimed it would be hours. Strongly recommend.”
