“The employees are incredibly nice. They are completely invested in making sure you have the right shoe for what you need. I’ve never met anyone that is so excited and invested in making sure you have the correct shoes.

“We had such a great experience shopping for a suit at Mr. Mac! Before coming here, we had gone to another suit store where the staff couldn't even tell us what materials their suits were made from, and we struggled to find a suit that fit well for a long torso and shorter arms.
The moment we walked into Mr. Mac, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Trevor was absolutely fabulous! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different suit fabrics and explained which options would be best for the climate my son will be living in over the next couple of years. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find a suit that fit perfectly.
It often feels like great customer service has become a thing of the past, but that definitely isn't the case at Mr. Mac. “I wanted to purchase a pair of sunglasses for cycling. I wear contact lenses and need as much protection from the wind as possible for my eyes.
Two male employees helped me. One even took me outside to test the difference between regular and polarized sunglasses.
I also ending up buying a pair of the Meta AI sunglasses. They fit well and will be great for walks or bike rides so I can listen through the side earpiece speakers. I will also use the info, photo and video options.”

Honestly, I’ve never thought that I looked decent in any other clothes. But I had the help of their stylist, Didi, as well as other staff members, including Kayan, Ashley and Julie.
