“The service department is amazing, I went to this shop as it’s one of the only dealers for my bike brand and I was not disappointed. I brought it in for an overhaul, and they spotted some issues with my suspension. Andrew called me and talked me through what needed to happen and was super reassuring and through with answering my questions. He really took the time to explain and even show me what was wrong with my shock, taking time out of his day to walk me through how bad I mess up. All these extra repairs had me almost miss a trip I was planning and the shop made sure I had a demo to ride so I didn’t miss a chance to ride. Just picked up the bike today, and it’s perfect! Clean, feels crisp and I’m stoked to have a new favorite shop!”

“Amazing service, honest, and so knowledgeable! First time there and I'll definitely go to Top Gear for all my bike needs.The long version: I'm not an experienced bike owner/rider by any means and it seemed like every time I rode my e-bike (purchased online because I'm a dummy) it was skipping gears or something. I didn't know what to do and the e-bike company would've charged me $200 for just a diagnostic with their team so my bike sat around for much too long. Then we found out about Top Gear and I brought my bike in to Dennis to see if he could fix whatever was going on. I expected to have to drop my bike off and wait a while before I heard back, but he took it back right there and checked it all out with me. Turns out it was just my inexperience causing me problems, possibly combined with cheap parts on the bike, but he took the time to tune it all up, fix the rear brake that he noticed was rubbing, and tell me everything that could cause problems and how I can avoid them. In the end, he didn't charge me for any of it, even though I took up his time with a bike I didn't even buy from him. I wish I had bought a bike from him to begin with because there's so much he made me aware of that I had no clue about, but as it is, I'll be using Top Gear anytime I need repairs and telling everyone to get a bike from him.”
