“Can be busy if you're not careful about when you go, but otherwise great gas prices and plenty of pumps to get you through quickly. Early mornings are the best time to go with no wait time.”

“90% of a car wash comes down to the prep, and unlike every other car wash in the valley, theses kids prep well. That being said, the equipment is quite old and their soaps probably aren’t Blue Coral/Zep.”

“Greatest station! Once I broke down just at pump on my RV, it was 4hrs of fighting to start it back, owner helps me a lot with everything I may need. Best gas station in whole Universe! Thank you friend!”

“Coming out of the parking lot to the road nearest to the gas station is a bit tricky, not sure if there's much of an improvement to be made for people exiting. It would be great if smiths would donate some of the park strip and encourage the city to make a dedicated right turn only from the road so cars coming into the lot didnt nearly stop just to turn right into the parking lot.”

“They sell homemade cinnamon rolls that are awesome. 1.99 and it's good size with icing. Put em in my saddlebag for ride home and when I get there it's all hot and perfect.”

“I flew in from Oregon, 10 days ago to work in SLC, for 2-3 weeks. Ive visited easily 50+ Maverick locations in my time hear. Ya I crush miles, and burn that petrol!! Please hear me out. This is for whoever pays these Maverick employees! Give ALL employees at this location pay raises, or bonuses! Something!! Maverick I see all these new locations popping up like Starbucks on every corner. I know thst you have enough money to treat your employees accordingly! You ask them to do more than ever hired for..they never complain. They just handle it!! Shar and the whole team at this location are beyond Amazing!! Super busy location, super challenging for them. But this team crushes it out, NONSTOP! Much love to everyone here! Keep it up from your favorite Oregon guy, Riley”

“Went looking for a red white and razz monster drink but couldn't find any so I asked Wesley at the front counter if he new where some might be. He directed me to check in a secondary fridge but alas, it was empty. Crestfallen, I grabbed a substitute energy drink and walked out to my car. Just as I was getting in and closing my car door Wesly came walking out through the parking lot waving me down! He had found an entire case of the drink I was looking for and flagged me down before I drove away. That is some top notch customer service I have never experienced from any gas station in my entire life. I actually started looking around to make sure I wasn't being recorded on some episode of undercover boss (Wesley being the boss of course). This five star review is for The CEO of Maverik, Wesley. And if Wesly isn't currently the CEO well then the current CEO had better watch out and take notes because Wesley is on his way up. Thanks, Wesley for saving my wife and I from an uncaffienated 4th of July! I hope your 4th of July weekend is a 10/10! Mine will be now all thanks to you!”

“I just have to say the young gentleman that was serving at the car wash today was so great. He was so helpful and really went the extra mile. You don’t see that kind of service anymore. Please thank him. He is the greatest guy! 🚗💦🫧 Give him a raise. And no I’m not his mom.”

“Love the cleanliness of this place. All these people are rating this place 1 star for something the employees cannot control. The owner is really nice to talk to and the employees always put a smile on your face. The connivence of the drive thru is 5 star. If you come daily. They will recognize you and treat you like family. Once again i love this place!”

“Yeah, it’s not the newest place around, but the owner and staff are super nice, prices are reasonable and they have a better selection than most places of similar size.”

“Normally we have a good experience. Especially when we have our granddaughter with us. But last night we stopped to get gas and the gas pump #5 charged us $57.00 & didn't refund our money and still hasn't refunded our money, and then said it was out of order and so we went to pump #7 and we got gas. But we're still waiting for a refund we tried to call the store and the phone line is continuously busy. We live in Clearfield so going to the store would be even more money we will lose. But as for any other time we have visited this location has been very pleasant staff there are extremely nice and make you feel welcome”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

Read the postTexas-born Buc-ee's is changing the way people think about gas stations and convenience stores. This chain is known for its huge stores along highways, some with over 100 fuel pumps. With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
