“I had a very unique situation where I got my phone and wallet stolen. Took roughly 24 hours to get a new phone shipped and set up. The whole team at this location was extremely patient and above and beyond. Ashton, Abby, Nick, Devon, Tanner and Sierra offered me the highest quality of customer care. Another T-Mobile location was not very helpful however this location and its team went above and beyond. Team is on 10!”

“I have been an ATT customer for some time now and I recently needed help with my wireless account. I went to a couple ATT stores closer to home and didn't receive the best help and kept getting different answers. At one point I was told "that is just the way things are" about a specific question I had asked even though I knew that to not be true. Generally the staff in smaller stores have seemed unsure how to approach the situation I was in. I gave this store a try and received the best customer support I have had. Donny is the man! He is very competent in answering any questions I had, he is friendly and he was sure to see that I was taken care of.”
“Good customer service. The store manager Mikeal actually knew what he was doing. Had a bad experience with Orem location. Now he will try to sell you everything but I guess it comes with the job right. Overall good kid, great experience, def knows his job good so I’d say, great manager in general and will be coming back in that store in the future for sure.Btw, we love this s24ultra. “I’m not one to normally leave a review but- I had a really unfortunate experience going to the Pleasant Grove location to get my new phone, the guy made me super uncomfortable and set up my new phone completely wrong. After I left and tried fixing it myself, I decided to call the Orem location and see if there was anything they could do for me. The guy who answered the phone was extremely nice and told me to come in and he’d be able to help me. Just upon walking in, I could tell this location was 1000x better. I was greeted warmly and was helped almost immediately. I believe Adam helped me (I’m not great with names lol so I could be wrong), he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He got everything moved over to my new phone correctly and was very patient. I could also tell that all the employees were all on the same page and worked together as a team. I would recommend this location.”
“Went in to get another phone for work! I had the chance to work with Connor Ottley! I was greeted when I came in and Connor was ready to help me and never once made me feel pressured. Not only were they able to get me a new phone, but they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Luis was even able to find a way to get all of my data back onto my new phone so I didn't lose anything. Great staff.”

Truly an asset to this location!! He listened to what I was looking for, for my business needs and offered me multiple solutions and let me have the final decision. I felt at ease with him the whole way! I also wanted to change something on my current plan and he walked me through calling corporate to accomplish that and made the process 10x’s easier for me!
