“My husband and I are both members. Such a great community, my family fits in perfectly here! The programming is modifiable to all levels, and the coaches know exactly how to adjust it for you depending on what your goals are. It’s easy to get to, right off the freeway, the owners and members are amazing and it’s one the less expensive gyms / CrossFit boxes AND it comes with free childcare 2 hours / day; 5 days per week - we wouldn’t be able to get to CrossFit like we wanted if it weren’t for them!”

“Excellent place to learn! Been taking kids there since August 2023. The coach, Thiago Angelon (highly skilled black belt who teaches without an ego), and his family are amazing with young kids to help them learn the fundamentals needed for self defense and offensive maneuvers - bully proofing your kid basically. Boys and girls alike work together and every class is fun, even if challenging the mind and body with new concepts. It is not overly exhausting, but just the right amount to keep my kids in shape. The kids have two different classes based on age, and also skill if necessary for those younger kids who have attended BJJ longer can go to the more advanced/older kid class without a problem. Kids have been respectful towards each other and the instructors. The training room is large, with enough chairs to accommodate parents. There is a kid playroom for siblings too young to participate, or those siblings who just don't want to join in the phenomenal learning. The classes are five days a week for one hour, so you can go as little or as often as needed for family needs. The owners and coaches really care about the well-being of everyone who attends. The facility is always clean, even during higher traffic times. Very happy to have found this place and highly recommend to anyone wanting their kids to have necessary life skills forever (overcoming personal challenges, learning new concepts, working with others, engaging as a team, respect, honor, and discipline).”

“I love everything about this gym! The gym is extremally clean and well organized. The fresh clean complimentary white towels are next level! The gym has every type of equipment you need and plenty of space for functional type workouts as well. The membership price is perfect to not only be affordable but it also filters out the lower tier globo gym type crowd. All the members are friendly and feel like family. Plus visitor day passes are only $6 which is great for anyone visiting from out of town. The owner Kim is always around smiling and helping, working the front desk often and always cleaning. It means alot to know the gym is locally owned and that she works so hard each day for all of her members.I highly recommend LIFT if your serious about your workouts, don't like crowds, appreciate hard working local owners and love a clean organized space. Thanks for all your hard work Kim! We love you!”

“Great Gym. John and Elise have done an excellent job of creating a strong culture. Whether you're getting ready for a competition or just there to work out individually, you're part of the community which is rare in gyms today. Its a judgment free zone where everyone is there to help each other improve and push themselves to their max be it competition or personal best.”

“I love this gym, I was a very skinny girl and I wanted to increase muscle mass in my legs and buttocks and during a year that I have been attending this gym I have noticed excellent results.

Liz is an amazing trainer, thanks Liz!!”

“Awesome trainer and group weight lifting classes. Everything is coordinated and you have spotters to help. The “push to failure” motto is great, and while I don’t necessarily love weight lifting, it’s growing on me!?? ?”

“EoS is awesome! It is the only gym I like going to. It is far less crowded than many other gyms and the people are great. I especially appreciate their employee Jarom! He is always so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this gym, Jarom, and the rest of the staff here to anyone looking for a great gym experience.”

“Eos a million times better than gold’s and their policies are better than Vasa imo. They’re friendly, each gym has so many options, and it’s always a pleasant environment!”

“This gym has the old school gym vibe like Golds use to be. Everyone is fully committed and focused on improving themselves. The gym is oddly laid out but has multiple sections available. There is a stretching area, machines, cardio, free weights, a class area (away from the rest of it) and a hybrid/crossfit room (costs extra). It’s a very chill good vibe gym and everyone is very nice. If you want to put on headphones and zone out, no one will bother you but if you want to chat people are more than happy to talk. The locker rooms have a sauna and showers and are always clean. This gym isn’t for everyone but if you are into the old school gym vibe then you should move to this gym.”

“Truck drivers… this is a tough one small lot can’t maneuver during day too many cars. May be able to park at grocery store next door and sneak in a quick workout. I managed to sneak in the lot and get a workout at 3 am. Nice gym otherwise.”

“Great facility. Fairly busy at peak hours but not crazy bad and I could always get on the machine I wanted without delay.Plenty of cables, free weights, machines and cardio. Large space and culture of clients is very positive.”

“The facility is great. Nice and clean! The ding on the star is that they have out grown the facility. During peak hours there gym is crowded and there is a hard time getting a machine. As a woman- very intimidating”

“way better than eos down the street! it’s way less busy and there is so much room to set up for your workouts/plenty of matching machines so you’re not waiting forever for one thing. absolutely love the cinema room for the privacy while doing cardio, and they are very attentive to starting the movie when it ends. staff is always super nice and greets/says goodbye every time i pass and helped when i spilt my water. also plenty of cleaning wipes around the gym to wipe equipment with after sets. my only complaint would be the bathrooms are pretty run down/nasty (like things falling off the walls ie-toilet paper holders) and need a good makeover, which i know the employees don’t have any say in so i’m not knocking a star off for that.:)”
