“Oscar and Ruby have such great customer service. Me being a project manager over a huge contract. I was very impressed on how well they handled , what me and my husband observed. When we arrived there was no other customers, but us they were very welcoming and polite. Seconds later the whole store filled up with more customers. They welcomed everyone while staying focused on the current customers , never once did we fell rushed like we were being rushed threw. They were able to help everyone one of us. Before I knew I looked around as we were finishing up . I was like wow you guys handle that full house very well with no signs of pressure or stress. Very good employees you have there. Thank you”

“I only give these 5 stars because on our 2nd visit the manager, Dalyn, made everything okay!! To see what happened at our first visit, you can read my daughter's review. Good grief, that was a horrible experience. Your sales person really matters! (Work with Dalyn) I felt like we may have made a huge mistake. HOWEVER, upon returning to the store, Dalyn was there to correct the prior mistakes and turn a bad experience into an excellent one! He went above and beyond! In addition, he's an expert on my particular phone. Love that!!!! He's there if I've got any questions.”

“Today I noticed that my screen protector was cracked so I went on my lunch break to get it fixed, knowing that I have a warranty on the ZAGG Screen protector that I bought to see if I could get it replaced I went into the Riverdale store where I had purchased my phone and when I walked in and showed the guy in the front, he was quick to tell me that they do not do replacement screen protectors at the store and that I would have to go to the Ogden or Layton store to get my #Warranty. I was kind of confused since that was my main Verizon store for about 15 years now, either way, I ended up going to the Ogden store where I met Daniel. I let him know that I needed my screen protector replaced and that I would have a warranty on it. He asked me where I bought the phone from and I told him Riverdale and he said oh you’re usually supposed to make sure you replace it at the store you bought it from and then I let him know they told me that I needed to go to a different store. He Let me know that is not correct and that I should’ve been able to replace that screen in Riverdale store so he was kind enough to let me know that he was sorry for the inconvenience of me driving all the way out to Ogden to get it replaced and gave me a great deal on the screen protector, knowing how far I have traveled and I just wanted to let him know I truly appreciate it. Kudos to Daniel for having great customer service skills I’ll definitely be going back.”

“I went into the store on 2941 Washington Blvd and had an amazing experience. Modish helped me with getting a new phone. He was patient and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Boost for anyone looking for a new phone service, very comparable to other companies, but without the high price in service.”

“Penny, was a very professional representative. It was busy, she still had a exceptional patience and handle every customer with care, even tho the customer before me was not being respectful, Penny handled it well. She did everything for me that I expected and I admire this type of work ethics, especially today's work standards that a lot of employees act like they just want the pay check and careless for there jobs! Penny is way and beyond those, she's a GOLD star!⭐ I WAS IN AND OUT IN GOOD TIME!”

Odds seem stacked against her this round but she's trying her best!!!We love you Cae!!!!”
