I felt like we may have made a huge mistake. HOWEVER, upon returning to the store, Dalyn was there to correct the prior mistakes and turn a bad experience into an excellent one! “Today I noticed that my screen protector was cracked so I went on my lunch break to get it fixed, knowing that I have a warranty on the ZAGG Screen protector that I bought to see if I could get it replaced I went into the Riverdale store where I had purchased my phone and when I walked in and showed the guy in the front, he was quick to tell me that they do not do replacement screen protectors at the store and that I would have to go to the Ogden or Layton store to get my #Warranty. I was kind of confused since that was my main Verizon store for about 15 years now, either way, I ended up going to the Ogden store where I met Daniel. I let him know that I needed my screen protector replaced and that I would have a warranty on it. He asked me where I bought the phone from and I told him Riverdale and he said oh you’re usually supposed to make sure you replace it at the store you bought it from and then I let him know they told me that I needed to go to a different store. He Let me know that is not correct and that I should’ve been able to replace that screen in Riverdale store so he was kind enough to let me know that he was sorry for the inconvenience of me driving all the way out to Ogden to get it replaced and gave me a great deal on the screen protector, knowing how far I have traveled and I just wanted to let him know I truly appreciate it. Kudos to Daniel for having great customer service skills I’ll definitely be going back.”

“After having been an Android user for 25 years, The Dove and I went to our local TMOBILE store in Clinton Utah. We traded our Android phones for brand new IPhones, Pro17 Max.
We met Whitney at the store who took care of us, held our hand, reassured us that everything would be ok.
We were so nervous, about changing phone brands but Whitney was just great. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.
