“Love the owners of this location (and they own the 7/11 in West Point). You can tell it's a "mom and pop" kind of store because it's not a "sterile environment" but that's part of what I love; supporting local business owners. The owners are friendly and work hard to take care of their customers.I did have an issue with one of their employees constantly hitting on me and never taking no for an answer, he only got more forward and insistent. It got to the point he started to follow me out of the store late at night. I let the owners know and he was immediately dismissed. They were incredibly gracious about the whole thing. I love talking with them, celebrating and sharing in their culture”
“A little hard to get in and out of but the gas is almost always the cheapest and if you use your Costco credit card you get money back on your gas purchases.
Of course there’s no bathrooms, store, etc but it’s clean and they have attendants. I wish Costco had car washes too!”
“Almost exclusively. Go here to get gas. Prices are always better. The only downside is you do have to have a membership to get gas here. We fortunately have a membership. I will do Sam's club over Costco a million times over the staff's always friendlier super nice. The wait time sometimes can get a little overwhelming but it's totally worth it.”

“5 stars because never used. But driver with trailer PT25 (couldn't get any other vehicle number) sucks at driving. Dude pulls straight out in front of 5 cars making every one come to an abrupt stop on Midland drive. At 545 in the morning. Then proceeds to do the same pulling out onto 2550. What a guy.”

“The Smith’s Fuel Center at the Syracuse location is such a great place to fill up your tank! It’s clean, well-maintained, and super easy to use, whether you’re paying at the pump or heading inside the kiosk for assistance. The layout makes it simple to pull in and out, even during busier times, which is always a plus.
One of the best things about this fuel center is the ability to use your Smith’s Rewards points to save money on gas. The discounts really add up, and it’s such a nice perk for shopping at the amazing Smith’s grocery store nearby. Speaking of which, this Smith’s is by far one of the best around—it’s well-stocked, organized, and open late, making it incredibly convenient for all your needs. Being able to handle your groceries and fuel up in one stop is such a time-saver.
The staff at the fuel center are also friendly and helpful. If you ever have an issue or question, they’re quick to assist and make sure your experience is smooth. The pumps are always working properly, and the area feels safe and secure, even during late hours.
Overall, the Smith’s Fuel Center is a fantastic extension of the incredible Syracuse Smith’s. The rewards program, convenience, and excellent service make it a no-brainer for fueling up. Highly recommended!”

“Wow, a basic gas station the benefit coming here is if you are a consistent shopper with Smith or the Kroger brand then you can utilize a discount from all of the points that you’ve earned through that shopping.
The downfall of utilizing this location is that if there’s some need where you need to pay with cash or in my daughter‘s case, just don’t have a card with 200 or $250 on it then you have to talk to the person working the station And I believe their hours are about 7 AM to 7 PM or something like that.
It is definitely conveniently located for an easy end and easy out. Fill up when heading for interstate 15 or anything else leaving the local neighborhoods.”

“So happy this place got new management!! The 2 girls in the morning are the sweetest girls!! The GM Shiann is amazing and Kelly is amazing as well. They have made a huge difference in this store for only being here for a week. This store was always dirty and always so cluttered with stuff everywhere! These 2 girls came in a transformed it. It looks so much better so much cleaner and smells so good,
Fast customer service. I don’t have to wait 20 mins to get cashed out like I had to before with the old management. I’ve came in here a couple of times before with old management and it was bad!! I followed shiann and Kelly from there old fast stop store. It’s sad they got moved. As I leave right around the corner from the one in Ogden. But wherever they go I go! I will not return to the one in Ogden if the same manager from here is over there, love these 2 girls they are the best!!!”

“My card wasn’t reading properly at the pump and I thought it was going to be a long situation. Johnnie stepped in, explained what was going on, and got everything working smoothly. He was patient and didn’t seem irritated at all. That level of service makes a difference. I’ll keep coming back to Pop’s Sinclair because of employees like him.”
“I always use this gas station before any others. They are always .20 cent cheaper than any where else. There might be a few ppl who decide they can't wait and go the opposite direction, small few. But for the most part Sam's has always had fuel for purchase and they are cleaned constantly.”

“I have been here multiple times and am a regular customer. Sid who works at night is the nicest guy and has the best darn quality of music I've heard at any gas station. Guy is kind and has a great sense of humor. Love the haircut. There is also a lady that works in the morning named Karen, she's not always very nice to people or me. She did watch my dog one time and that was nice but usually when i go in there its grumpy old karen. Might not want to go on her shift. I avoid it whenever possible. Love this store though, also, sunny is a very good clerk too, he always makes me smile and has a positive attitude! Keep up the great work guy's!”

“I honestly didn't think it was possible to have such an incredible experience with a cashier, but Bear completely changed my mind. From the moment you get to the register, he makes you feel welcome, checks in on how you're doing, and somehow manages to brighten your day in the short time it takes to pay for your items. He has a genuine gift for making people feel at home, and that kind of customer service is incredibly rare. Employees like Bear are the reason people come back. We met a woman employee there while we were looking for the free Frazils program and she was so nice - helped us out and even encouraged us to get the free promo rather than being stingy about it. “Stopped off the freeway to get gas, a beverage, and a snack and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the nicest worker at the counter! I’m sure the other workers are just as kind and genuine. Everything was displayed nicely, and it looks like the have some fun games you can play in there too.”
“I got some diesel for my F350 here. The pay at the pump feature was a little bit slow. May have been due to the cold weather. I'm not sure. It worked though. It did cut me off at only 25 gallons. Which was enough to get me to my destination and back so I wasn't to concerned about cutting off at such a small amount as I've got a 60 gallon tank. But.... it was a good experience.”
“I like Walmart fuel station. The gas seems to always be 10 cents cheaper than like Maverick or Chevron. Plus I am a lawn mower plus some member. So I get 10 an additional 10 cents off per gallon. I like that. It's very convenient to get gas with groceries at the same time. Also, they have a convenience store. So you don't have to go all the way to Walmart. You can just go to the field station get gas and buy some like energy drinks or snacks for the trip and the prices are the same as inside of Walmart. So you're not paying inflated gas station prices for food and snacks and stuff.
They also have bathrooms that are very convenient as well if you're getting gas or you're nearby.
It's a good place to stop by and to check your oil level and two also clean your windshield.
I wish they would carry a few more different types of oil inside the convenience store, but you can find them inside of the Walmart Supercenter unless like this. I think this not this one but some other ones where it is only like a grocery store only without all the other stuff that the neighborhood.
It always seems to be well manage clean and well lit place to get gas even in the evening or during the night. The convenience store isn't always open. But the fuel is always available 24/7 to purchase.
I wish they'd have like a air there for air to fill up like your tires and stuff, but I ended up buying a ear compressor from Walmart anyway, so I can just do that anytime I want.
They usually have a small selection but still a selection of somebody that good to go and I grab Fuji can grab and go or like heat up in like a microwave like a few different types of sandwiches or like a hot dog or like those Egg roll looking type things that have like chicken and cheese inside of them that are breaded.
There is have a good selection of drinks whether you're looking for like a Gatorade or something else with I got electrolytes or just different types of water. They have a decent amount of energy drinks and alcohol as well.
I almost exclusively get gas at Walmart fuel stations since the price and benefits are better than like a Chevron or Maverick and I buy groceries like every other week so I get it when I get groceries.

The employees at those places always seem tired and worn out and just seem like they feel unappreciated where this particular location. They have the friendliest staff, clean bathrooms, the counters are always wiped down and free of clutter…even the syrup station! Everything is always well stocked which means I’m able to get in and out quickly!”
