“So happy this place got new management!! The 2 girls in the morning are the sweetest girls!! The GM Shiann is amazing and Kelly is amazing as well. They have made a huge difference in this store for only being here for a week. This store was always dirty and always so cluttered with stuff everywhere! These 2 girls came in a transformed it. It looks so much better so much cleaner and smells so good, Fast customer service. I don’t have to wait 20 mins to get cashed out like I had to before with the old management. I’ve came in here a couple of times before with old management and it was bad!! I followed shiann and Kelly from there old fast stop store. It’s sad they got moved. As I leave right around the corner from the one in Ogden. But wherever they go I go! I will not return to the one in Ogden if the same manager from here is over there, love these 2 girls they are the best!!!”

“Why would anyone rate a regular gas station with 5 stars? Because of its car wash. The actual wash is just OK, but they have a attendant that scrubs soap on your car before you go in. That little hand scrub does more cleaning than anywhere elses ultimate service”

“Great location with incredible new management! The store is clean, the coffee bar is great, and the new pumps are a huge improvement. They consistently have some of the cheapest gas prices in the area, which is especially nice for such a busy location. Definitely worth stopping by!”

“My car needed a car wash and there was no rain or snow in the forecast. So, I went to Common Cents for a car wash, I'd never had a car wash there before. First Chanice, the cashier inside the store explained the different car wash packages, she was friendly and great at her job! She patiently helped me with the paperwork and sent me to the car wash in my car. Then Brad came over when I pressed the assist button and finished the sign up process with me. Brad is another friendly, patient person, and also great at his job! I left with a shinny, nice clean car. Better than having a clean car was the experience I had with these people at this Common Cents in Roy, Utah! Oh, and $.20 off per gallon of gas with the car wash pass, WOW! I have two new friends I expect to see on a regular basis! (Sorry Maverick, LOL!)”

“This is a great store. They usually have my pina colada slurpee which makes me a happy happy camper. But the best part is they are so friendly and so nice to my grandkids. Some 7-Elevens we go into just give a sturdy looks cuz kids are loud and that's just the way kids are. But these guys are so friendly. No matter who's working it's great.”

“Each and every time I come here, I am always greeted with a smile great customer service and not only that I leave feeling better than when I came in on many occasions. I have had hard days but visiting this car wash has not only cleaned up my day, but cleaned up my car as well. All I can say is if you get a chance, make sure you come visit these folks up here in Roy they’ll treat you right.”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
