I went in on Black Friday 2025, and had some returns. Becky & Hailey were the best! Helpful, patient, and even signed me up for a Kohl's Card to add 40% off to my purchase! I would return to shop at this store just because of Becky & Hailey.

Janet in the shoe department was awesome help. Fitted my wife with 2 pair of shoes, she searched though several sizes and styles was very helpful and friendly. When we checked out Claudette was helpful and friendly. I just couldn't get Claudette to help pay for the shoes. Overall experience was great from when we walked... read full comment
