“I ordered a bunch of hats for my friends and I who were all born and raised in the Ogden area. When I ordered there was an offer to get a free hat if I spent the required amount. I did so and when I got my order, the free hat wasn't in there. I reached out to the owner and without hesitation he offered to send me the free hat. My friends and I really love the hats. They look great and they are made with great quality. I would definitely recommend giving your business to Ogden Made.”
“Broke my ankle leaving the house for my sons graduation. Stopped here to get some medical supplies to patch me up just enough so I could attend the graduation and go to the hospital after. The young lady that was there went above and beyond for us! She had some crutches, a scooter and ice packs readily available! She got us in and out so fast we were still early to the graduation! Cannot thank them enough!”

“If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. When I was doing some shopping there to prepare for my mission, the staff were extremely patient and helpful, giving useful suggestions and responding to my every question. Then, when I was grabbing some ties and socks, they gave me one of each on the house and later mailed me a letter wishing me luck on my mission. I can't recommend this store enough, and you won't get better service at any other place. It's not because of the free stuff, either, they just genuinely want to help and please their customers.”
“We took my 14 year old grandson school shopping in August 2024 shortly before school started and the store was very busy. The sales associate Anna came over and immediately started asked my Grandson questions about what he needed. She told about the Back to School Specials and before I knew it he had picked out several pants and shirts and Anna even talked him into trying them on!!! I was SO HAPPY!!! In all our years of school shopping I have never persuaded him to try on clothes. Anyway, she was WONDERFUL and even though it's a few months late. I haven't forgotten the EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!”

Tried them on wore around the house realized they were probably just a little bit too big went back not only did they exchange them no questions asked for the correct size. They ordered the right size and they hadn’t sent out the other ones for alterations so they found me another pair of jeans and not once did I feel like I was inconveniencing them they were over the top. Excellent customer service.”
“Dominic is soooo awesome! Talk about a luxury experience. He was extremely kind and he’s excellent at his job.
He talked to me on the phone and made me feel so comfortable and taken care of.
We got to the Vans store and he quickly got to work. He helped me, my son and fiancé find the right size shoe and would undo each lace and hand it to us.

The sales associate knew where the item I was seeking was located. Not an issue trying to find it. They walked me to the location even though it wasn't in their department they were stationed in.
It was nice to have a concerned employee who did more then the majority of young employees these days that just have no idea what real customer service is about.
They were very professional and courteous and I was very impressed.
However, they didn't have a name tag to identify themselves, so I can't provide their name to give them credit for the outstanding service.

“I love this Kohl's! I just like to wander around. I never know what I'll find. My son & I went there today. I had some kohls cash 💸 to use & a 30% off. They have the CUTEST fall decorations. Also, they sell pet stuff (treats, toys, beds etc.) I was impressed with their selection of Home goods. My son was sure they wouldn't have Nee-dohs/sensory toys. The absolute sweetest cashier at the front of the store showed him two that were marked down from someone opening them and not buying them. He was ecstatic! He got a cool pepper one for like $3. She was so funny talking with me about the Nee-doh craze. Great customer service and very kind employees. Its not busy ever when I go and I love a quiet and empty place to shop! Keep up the good work Kohls 🫶”
