“Some of the best customer service I've ever had! I needed a custom suit for my wedding and Adam got me set up with everything I need. I am not a clothes or fashion person in any sense of the word and he was able to make it very fun and relaxed. We spent a lot of time going over different fabrics and color combinations without ever feeling like I was getting rushed. I don't think I've ever met someone so dedicated and passionate to their craft. I was also never pressured or even asked to give a review, which I feel like a lot of businesses push you to do these days. That fact alone made me more than happy to give one freely just based on the service I experienced. Will be shopping here for suits from now on!”

“Props to the team at the Layton location! I took my grandson in for new slacks for a dance. I was promised they would be hemmed a week later on the morning of the dance. When we arrived to pick them up, the pants could not be found. After several minutes of searching, they finally found them. They had wrongly been placed in alterations for the 26th instead of the 16th. Our pick up date was Saturday morning, when they do not have a tailor on-site. To their credit, they found a tailor, took them TO the tailor and brought them back to their location in plenty of time for the dance. We are VERY appreciative that they worked so hard to have these ready for us. Thank you for caring and for making it happen!”

“This review is long loooooong overdue, so for that I apologize! The staff at this store are SUPER helpful and are stellar examples of what customer service should look like. I was shopping here and found a pair of One Piece vans that I thought were SO cute! Unfortunately, they didn’t have a size that fit me comfortably, and since the shoes were on sale (and I live out of state), ordering online wasn’t really an option. The staff could see how sad I was about this, so they called the vans store in Roy to see if they had any my size in stock. Luckily for me, they did! The staff here genuinely looked so happy to make me happy. It was like a “say yes to the dress moment.” Sending good vibes too all the Vans fam!”

We were looking for something for our son and they didn’t have it at that location so she offered to call one of the other locations and since they had both the items we were loot for she asked if they would hold it for us. Angie did this with out us having to ask.”

“This was my first time getting a piercing at a tattoo shop, but I'll say it was a pretty good experience! They just take walk-ins, but there was no wait at all! Everyone was super nice and it was just a good experience! The only thing im a little concerned about is how they want you to take care of your piercings, they want you to clean it with dawn dish soap but idrk.”

“We were looking to get a new suit, we first tried Burlingtons, but they didn’t have many options, and also the changing rooms were closed. We tried JCPenney next, but there were so many different options, there wasn’t any good suit and paint packages, and it was also very difficult to determine the price. We spent quite a while they’re trying to figure it out, but we didn’t really know the size super well and there wasn’t anyone to help. We tried Mr. Mac next, and had a great experience. We walked in, and someone was available to help right away, they took the measurements so we didn’t have to worry about it. We tried on a suit for size, then picked the color we liked and we were ready to go. They were able to get the alterations done on time for the event we were needing them. And it ended up being even cheaper than we had expected based on their online pricing. We were in and out, in less than 30 minutes, it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend them for anyone.”

“Tonight I went in to return an online purchase and considered getting something but I was unsure if I wanted to take the time to look around! After I left the register Vee asked if she could help me find anything and thank goodness she did! Without her I would have 100% walked out of the store empty handed! She helped me find different styles to fit my body type! She was very kind and also even got my 2 year old some stickers to help entertain her while I tried on jeans! Alyssa also was very sweet and was quick to keep the dressing rooms clean and clear from any left over items! Both of them made my experience tonight way better and because of Vee I left with 3 pairs of Jeans and I will be returning to this store over and over!”
