“Seasons is a perfect example of quality over quantity. I was surprised by my unit size seeming a little smaller than expected but settled happily. Over the months I had a few issues with my dryer and flooring, the days I put in the maintenance orders they took care of it same day or the following morning. The staff are friends and helpful in every manner. There's a small but adequate dog run for your pup to run and play, it's close to downtown amenities such as the railway, 2 gyms, a grocery store and the library! I think its expensive but you get what you pay for with these guys and it's 100% quality! Highly recommend if you're moving for a new career or settling in downtown salt lake.”

“I just moved in month or so ago and could not be more pleased with the staff. MEAGHAN is so friendly and friendly. She made me feel comfortable from getting go. Took me on a tour of facility and made sure I was checked in correctly. I had a couple questions and ALEHI the manager was so welcoming in her office. She was so friendly and open to my conversation. Everytime I come through front door she and Meaghan make sure to greet me with a smile. The gym on 13th floor is Special. Can't beat the views. Does not even feel like you working out. “I loved working with Amanda at 21 by Urbana!! I was a walk-in and she dropped everything to show me around. The layouts are great and finishes are wonderful. Loved the huge patios in some units with exposed brick. I ended up going a different direction but I can tell she is an absolute gem to the community and she works so hard to manage the building. She was so positive, caring and communicative. I hope that our paths cross again one day in the future because I would love to work with her again!”

“Love our 2 bed 2 bath apartment in this building. Spacious and pet friendly building downtown near everything you want to do. There are a lot of great business opening in the area and The Local being in the building is so convenient. Looks like we are about to have a Crepe place as well! The Shop being next door is great for working from home. fantastic gym. Susan manages the building and she is wonderful, she helps us with everything we may need quickly and efficiently.”
“Great and safe place for the elderly community in salt lake city. The facility is secure and they have a receptionist at the main area to buzz people in any guests. They're doing a little remodeling downstairs but other than that, great place”
“We enjoyed our time living here! We were here for a year and really didn’t have any issues. We moved because they were raising our rent. It was already on the high end, but raising it even more was a no-go for us. We had a relatively small deposit upon moving in, and only had to pay about $20 when we moved out.The maintenance team is wonderful. They are quick to get over to your apartment to fix things, and they are super friendly. I always got a wave whenever I passed them around the complex. The pool and hot tub are nice during the warmer months.One complaint I had was that there were a lot of pets that pooped on the lawn, and it wasn’t picked up by the owners. We have a child, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable letting her play on the lawn with the risk of animal poop being there. Despite signs telling owners to pick up after their pets, it was still an issue.I felt the people in the office were friendly and available to help answer questions/concerns. They were sometimes tough to get a hold of via phone or email, so taking a trip down to the office was sometimes necessary.”
“I had a 15 month lease that ended today at Jordan Station apartments. The complex and staff are great, but every place has their flaws. The grounds were neatly kept, snow and ice were taken care of early, and maintenance are quick to help.This complex is VERY dog friendly, which is good and bad, depending on how much you love your canine friends. That being said, it isn’t uncommon to find the occasional owner who didn’t pick up after themselves, so be mindful of that.The apartments themselves are very nice, huge open areas, great lighting, pantry area. The only real knock I can give is a lack of in unit storage. If you can’t put it in the pantry or closet, there is a small storage outside.Location is great, right next to FrontRunner and I-15, shops at South Towne are across the street. Just know that the main entrance to to complex shares a parking lot with several business on a 4 lane road, which can get chaotic during rush hours. There’s also the Jordan river trail about .25 miles away.Overall, I had a great experience here at JS. I would recommend this place if you want to be close to the freeway, but also have peace and quiet. I’d also recommend this place if you want a place that is dog friendly.”

“I have mixed emotions about my home. I love my apartment .I am sad due to wanting to remain in my sweet home. They let me dig up dirt and plant flowers and ground cover .There is a fun garden too which I wanted . So try as they might people that smoke will disregard rules . I am so conflicted as my home is so easy , well located ,and bright and spacious the duck pond was so beautiful.I think they are in the process of cleaning it so the fountain can shoot up . I pray that the Covid ends soon so we have access to the laundromat. My desire is to possibly move to another side where there is not such a large area designated for smoking. I have a compromised immune system and must reconcile that my health decides for me as much as I do not like it. The size of the 1 bedroom is perfect and so is the price. I provide care for some of our residents on the other side and it is a pleasant area , they love it . I have not known what to do but management has tried their best to resolve the issues .”
“The maintenance was good. I feel like this should be done at least once a year to clean out the dryer vent on the patio, those little flaps don't open enough for lint to get out plus it is a fire hazard (Especially as far as the lint has to travel to get out) Yes, I am a worrier due to past experience at my mother's house.”

“I’ve been a resident for over 3+ years, I’ve never have any inconvenience living here. The leasing office has always been very helpful and very kind when I have any questions or concerns. I appreciate everything they have done for me. I recommend you to look into these apartments, theres waiting list but it’s worth the wait!”
