It is honestly because of Johnathon that I have moved my safety deposit box to their bank and location. Then he helped me open a savings account. I then had the pleasure of dealing with Angelica as she helped me open a checking account. I am slowly moving over my accounts from Mountain America FCU to their bank. I don't have to interact with someone if I don't want to and the machine does almost anything I need for 99% of my transactions. When I need to talk to a real person they are extremely helpful. I always have access to my money and there is no waiting. Highly recommend this company.If you ever need help over the phone they are very easy to work with and quick to resolve your issue.You should ignore the complaints about the virtual teller if you are anyone who knows how to use a computer like everyone these days should.People complaining about the virtual teller need to get there head out of the past. “Update 7/4/23: this branch has been great ever since my last experience a few months ago. They are very personable and even call on your birthday’s to wish you happy birthday. I am glad to see that service has improved greatly!I’ve been using this CU for 21 years and the service lately seems to have gone downhill. I waited about an hour to get new debit cards for my account.They also let me leave without setting up a new pin. That caused some embarrassment when I was at the grocery store and my purchase was denied :(”
