“I have been with Mountain America since 1988 and I love banking with them. Overall, I have been a very good customer. Recently the overdraft on checking was removed. It’s not something I’ve had to use very often but I feel bad. It’s gone now, just in case. I realize you’ve given some options for me to set up something else but right now I have to decide which way to go. I will always be a customer of Mount America. Thank you.”

“My husband had been with another credit union for over 50 years, and even after all that time they still never knew who he was or even knew his name. In the 15 years I had been going in with him, they still did not know who I was either, and to be honest, they were not very friendly.
We first met Jonathan Neff at the Salt Lake branch when we got a car loan through Security Service, and by the second time we came in he already knew our names and greeted us every time we walked in. Jonathan has gone above and beyond to help us. He is always kind, calls us back promptly, and makes sure we are taken care of and satisfied.
Jonathan later moved to the Sandy branch, and he is the reason we completely closed our old accounts and moved all of our banking to Security Service in Sandy. We are so glad we found Jonathan and a new place to do all of our banking. Thanks Jonathan!!

Once I met all the requirements and was approved for the loan, the process was very simple and relaxed. I want to highlight Dorian's kindness and patience throughout; his service was always extraordinary, even from the moment I filled out the pre-approval application days before I formally obtained the loan.”
“Lacy was absolutely fabulous to work with. She was attentive and got me a quarter off my current rate with Zions which was nice of her to fight for. She deserves a raise. Your lending/underwriting team did create some frustration however. They were extremely slow to respond and I was there in branch for nearly two hours. It also frustrated Lacy because she knew I was the lending manager at Zions and it reflected as bad service which she had no control over. Overall happy with her service and the lower rate to earn my business.”
