She was so kind and took the time to confirm what was in stock and helped in every way, she was so thorough and I appreciated the help and kindness so much.”
“My experience dealing with this business has been pleasant, however, this business does come with its flaws.
This store has a lot of awesome collectibles, they specifically stand out in their pokemon area. Their prices are right at, or slightly above market value, which makes them competitive. I will note that they do price some of their LP-MP (lightly played, moderately played) cards, if not most, at market value. The problem with this is that most LP-MP cards are slightly below market value, because they are played and can have minor defects, but this store prices them as if they are near mint-mint.
They do take cards and slabs in for trade, and purchase cards and slabs, but they seem to be pretty picky with what they want. I tried to trade and sale multiple PSA graded cards, but was told that they were specifically looking for PSA 10 cards that are newer. They will always ask if you have any more cards and slabs. They are competitive when offering to buy or trade, but again, they seem to be picky on what they want.
Overall, this store is nice and has a great inventory. The employees are nice, and will point you in the right direction, but this is a shoe store/hype store turned pokemon store, so expect items to be right at or slightly above market value.”

“I had such a good experience with these guys that I just had to come and write a review. I got this belt three or more years ago from an ex-girlfriend, and it has been my go-to belt ever since. I love everything about it! Recently it has worn down a bit and is on the verge of breaking. I contacted them to see if there'd be any chance of replacement and within minutes of emailing them, I was talking with a representative named Kait. She was super quick with responding and helpful. I didn't have all the info they needed, but they really went above and beyond. She and another person named Brooke came through and made my day!”

“Update to review: Thank you so much for your response, it was kind and refreshing. I appreciate you talking to your staff to make the shopping experience as great and fair as possible! I definitely will be back, and have updated my review back to five stars. So sad to update this review from five to two stars.I went in today and was asked to have my bag put behind the counter (normal procedure- no biggie). However, a few more customers walked in soon after, but they were not asked to do the same. Our bags were the similar size— small to medium-sized. The employee seemed to stay near me at the rack, as if I was going to steal? As I left and came back she continued to keep an eye on me. I walked around the store to browse elsewhere, but had a hard time focusing b/c of the situation. This is when I noticed other customers with purses, some backpacks, shopping. A few customers had bags bigger than mine. After being unable to focus and feeling as if I was being treated unfairly, I had to leave. I understand if it’s a policy to have bags behind the counter, but it should be enforced for all. For an inclusive place, I did not feel so. I’m sad writing this because I have been shopping here since the first store opened, and I really love the owner. I was looking forward to buying fits for my bachelorette party. Not sure when or if I will be back.”

“I stopped into Sephora about a week ago, just running in to grab a couple things, and I ended up getting helped by this lovely young girl named Lilith. She was honestly the highlight of my whole trip. Super warm energy, didn’t rush me at all, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of trying to sell me random stuff. She matched my shade perfectly on the first try which never happens!! and even gave me a few little tips that actually made my makeup look better at home.
