“This store is super fun. They have all sorts of merch for your favorite shows, books, and franchises. They have great clothing items as well as many collectibles. The store is a bit cluttered but the upside to that is that it means there is a big selection. I’ll share a video in this review of one of the cute gudetama plushies that we found in the store.”

“I ran into Jake and Thomas at my Public Storage Facility, they were getting some merchandise out of Carhartt’s storage units and they were telling me all about the deals at the store, and I was so curious because of their salesmanship, that I went in on my lunch hour—they were right! There are lots of good deals to be had! I love the Carhartt brand anyway, usually so well made, so when you can get a good deal—I’m all in!”

“It was Christmas Eve and we were grabbing a couple of last minute things when my son saw a boom box at the Travis Mathew store in Fashion Place that he wanted for Christmas. The doors were already closed as it was past closing time, but in a desperate attempt to at least see the boom box, I knocked on the door and asked if I could at least just look at it. Not only did they kindly open the door, but they offered to go in the back to scour out a new boom box for him. The manager and associates went way above and beyond and despite our numerous apologies, they never seemed put out even though I’m certain they were exhausted. They were kind, courteous, and cheerful. The store always has such a positive vibe and you can tell that they work well with each other and their customers love them. They quite literally made my son’s Christmas. Very very grateful customer.”

“I have been in twice lately, once back in July when I was helped by Justin, he was a very knowledgeable man who was able to help my every need. A few weeks ago I was greeted by a very young man. Haydan, he was very young and I was doubtful about being served by him but within minutes I was assured that I would never want to be helped by any other associates except him. He was the sweetest young man I've ever helped. He took an hour and a half finding what I wanted and just everything about this visit was very nice. The only thing I disliked was I offered the young man a tip for his service. And he refused saying that "I'm just happy I could help" and then smiled at me and he handed me my receipt. He shook my hand like a professional.It was a pleasure meeting this young man.”
