“Needed a down jacket for a backpacking trip and because it's off-season I gave the store a call to see if they even had any in stock! My boy Shane went on a whole side quest to find the jacket AND then even explored inventory to see if there were any fun colors they hadn't shipped to the outlet yet. Called me back super fast and said he found one! Took the journey up to Murray and once again Shane was the GOAT of customer service and just being a fun, easy to chat with, good-natured human. I don't know what that man gets paid, but whatever it is it's NOT ENOUGH.”

Wanted to leave a review that the staff were very friendly, the vibe in a store like this (that tends to get crowded) is really important. “Brought my son here a week ago. He wanted his first skateboard for his birthday. The manager was amazing with him. He explained everything step by step, helped him pick out each piece, explained brands, and then took him through the building process. I loved how excited he was to help. He was very passionate about skateboards. And I loved that he didn't just build it for my son, but taught him how and had him help. It was amazing!!”

“Love this location! I came in around black Friday last year and got a pair of flare leggings that I LOVE. I didn't get the employees name at the time, but even in the busy rush of things, she was SO HELPFUL and found me alternatives when they didn't have what I wanted. I went back again today just to see and to my surprise they had denim! Conrad assisted me and was the best! He was so kind to explain the sizing to me and the difference in the stretch. He was very helpful without being overbearing. He didn't even bother us when we left empty handed! I ended up stopping back in on my way out to get another pair of the same leggings I love, and even 10 minutes before closing he was so helpful to point me right to them. This location has been seriously wonderful and helpful every time I come in. They have a pretty fair range of sizes and styles, and their store is very clean and well organized. This is a long review, but as a retail employee myself I am so super pleased at the staff at this location and their store conditions. Keep up the good work guys you are seriously awesome!! And thank you so much to Conrad for making us feel welcome ❤️”
