“I was trying to replace my husband's commuter scooter tube since it had popped and I could not get the tire back on the frame. Another shop recommended I take it to Edge. They have such good customer service! Everyone was super helpful. Ronnie was willing to help me get the tire back on free of charge and then I realized the stem valve was facing the wrong way. I took it off and managed to pinch a hole in the tube in the process. I asked if they would be able to get a solid tire onto the frame so that I wouldn't have to deal with tubes anymore. They had it on by the end of the day, charged me a low cost for the service and I was able to pick it up the next morning. All the while very personable and great customer service. Will definitely go back if I need anything motorsports related. Just all around a great company. Thank you!”
“I grew up in a shop owned by my parents, I learned how to treat people with respect and how to work hard for those who are paying you for a service. As such I tend to always feel hesitant to trust my vehicles with others, not to mention there are so many shops out there that do in fact take advantage of folks. However tires are one thing I cannot take on myself as I don’t have the equipment so I made an appointment at this location per suggestion of an online tire retailer. From the moment I walked into the door I had a great impression of the place. Sam, at the front counter, was as pleasant as one could be at 7am. The shop, itself, looked well organized and clean — something that is less common and more important than you’d think. And while waiting for my tires to be mounted I overheard a couple phone calls with customers where it was clear that the customer’s best interests were at heart.
So while I don’t require visits to tire shops often, I will definitely keep this location in mind the next time I do. It was a short, routine visit but I saw enough to feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.”

“Just moved here from New Jersey. Had an overheating problem from a bad fan. Being new here I didn’t know who else to go too other then the Mercedes dealership amg. The service in the AMG dealership was horrible they replaced my hose charged me twice because I had to bring the car back three times to the point I was told to just sell my car. I knew my car wasn’t the problem I’ve had it brand new out the lot.
After finding elite auto they told me my fan wasn’t working properly and the coolant hose was melted that’s why I brought them the vehicle. They did the diagnostic and the work and since then I haven’t had one problem with my car. Thank you BRUNSON that guy is really helpful.”

When Toyota had notified me of a type of recall regarding paint issues on some of their older model vehicles I figured it wouldn't hurt to check in on it...
