“It's not often I give a review but when I do it's deserved. I'll say that I've been banking with Cyprus for the last 2 years. And this branch has welcomed me with open arms. They have some enthusiastic people like Joshua and Joey. I can be a difficult customer, but they always Able to handle my issues Which I respect. I noticed that there is a issue with somebody logging in to my bank account or so we thought we never really got down to the bottom line of why I was getting notifications that my account was being logged in to but Joshua assisted me with securing my account and opening a new one. To prevent any fraud from happening Joey was super helpful with explaining why it is that they de idea to close my account and open a new one at the end of they day all my assets are safe thanks to Cyprus Credit Union and their swift response. Thank you Joey and Joshua!”

“I’ve never had an issues with this bank. They’ve always been able to help me in a timely manner. A few weeks ago I needed to wire transfer some funds, which I’ve never done before, and Connie stepped right up to show me on my phone how to do it through the app as it is cheaper that way instead of doing it in person. She even went and got coloring books for my two toddlers who were with me at the time and was patient with them when they needed my attention. She went above and beyond and I felt so valued and taken care of.
Then later the same day I needed something notarized last minute so I called the bank and they gave me an estimated window of when the notary would be available. My husband and I showed up and the notary got us in and out with no other issues. They made that busy day so much more smooth for my little family.”
