After having a disappointing experience at the West Valley location, where I was even asked, “How do I know that you didn’t take the diamond out and sell it on eBay?” when I was simply trying to understand my insurance coverage after the center diamond fell out of my ring, I was honestly discouraged.
Thankfully, I reached out to the Sandy location, and from the very first phone call, the difference in customer service was remarkable. Everyone was kind, respectful, patient, and willing to help. Beautiful rings, bracelets, necklaces for half price! I couldn't be happier with my repairs and the purchases I have made recently. I highly recommend a visit. They add daily to the 50% off section. The staff are all wonderfully helpful and pleasant. They take the time to show you everything you want to see. “I’ve fallen in love with my wedding ring again! The original purchase was not made from Jewelry by You but they replaced some missing stones on the side and the center stone to a larger one. The previous center stone didn’t quite cover the “halo,” so there was always a slight gap that I had hoped to have addressed one day when we were older and more financially stable. 15+ years later, we felt it was time. After doing some research, I found JBY and they had great reviews so we opted to give them a shot (a huge risk with such a large purchase), and I’m SO pleased that we put our trust in them. “I ordered my now-husband’s wedding ring on this website and was so pleased with how simple, easy and stress-free the process was. I custom-made his ring and had it engraved. My only complaint is that the engraving was so small that you can barely read it. The ring itself is beautiful and came in a the mail in about 6 weeks. I also really loved that they sent ring sizers in the mail a week after the order was placed to be sure I had gotten the right size. I would recommend to anyone looking for a men’s wedding band.”
