After having a disappointing experience at the West Valley location, where I was even asked, “How do I know that you didn’t take the diamond out and sell it on eBay?” when I was simply trying to understand my insurance coverage after the center diamond fell out of my ring, I was honestly discouraged. Thankfully, I reached out to the Sandy location, and from the very first phone call, the difference in customer service was remarkable. Everyone was kind, respectful, patient, and willing to help. They took the time to clearly explain how my insurance policy worked, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood the entire repair process without ever making me feel rushed or judged. Thank you to everyone at the Sandy location. I truly appreciate everything you did for me and highly recommend this location.”

But after reading the massive amount of positive reviews, and also speaking with the owner directly, I quickly felt very comfortable and knew this was the right place to get my repairs done. The owner Brian did such an incredible job with my $10k diamond ring. He was quick, efficient and left my ring looking better than ever!!! Great communication as well.
