“I had such a good experience with these guys that I just had to come and write a review. I got this belt three or more years ago from an ex-girlfriend, and it has been my go-to belt ever since. I love everything about it! Recently it has worn down a bit and is on the verge of breaking. I contacted them to see if there'd be any chance of replacement and within minutes of emailing them, I was talking with a representative named Kait. She was super quick with responding and helpful. I came in looking for help with prescription eyewear, these two were not only tremendously helpful, but genuinely friendly! They were able to get me the frame and lens combination that I needed and helped me navigate the insurance rigmarole.
I had been to numerous other eyewear shops and ended up leaving with more questions than answers, but not with Kacey and Adam. These two are rockstars! “I can’t remember having a better shopping experience anywhere else as I have at Travis Matthew’s. We stopped by most recently on a Saturday and they were busy but that didn’t stop them from providing the best customer service. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a retail team so well versed in customer service ever. Everything about the experience was amazing, even my four year old daughter is asking when we can go back.
They have amazing selection of men’s and women’s apparel, from polos to skirts to golf dress to swim trunks.”
