“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing staff at Tilly’s. (Charlotte, addy and Charlie) we were shopping with our kids today, and during our visit, my daughter had an incident. The way the employees responded was nothing short of incredible. They were kind, patient, compassionate, and treated her with so much care and understanding during a difficult moment. It’s easy to find a store that sells great products, but it’s much harder to find employees who genuinely care about the people who walk through their doors. The staff went above and beyond to help us, and their kindness made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. Thank you for showing such empathy and professionalism.
