“Mikes Market absolutely is an operation that is doing everything right. This past holiday weekend (President’s Day), I was with a large group who traveled from all over the country — 55ppl from coast to coast — who stayed in Garden City for multiple days. Not only did Mikes catering business help amplify our entire reunion, but the market itself became an essential destination for nearly all of our attendees throughout our 5 day visit. Each of the meals catered by Mikes was more memorable than the last and was a topic of conversation the entire trip. My favorite moment was when I got to meet the man in charge of catering, sharing his passion for the area and going out of his way to ensure we were taken care of — even staying after hours on our last day to make sure our meal was hot and at the best quality based on our itinerary.
