“Second visit here and even though it's only been two visits, I've had premium, fantastic service each time! The first time I came in, one of the associates was so nice to my little girl, that she fave her a beanie baby from a promotion they were having. Second time today and I was greeted warmly by both associates up front and quickly asked me if I can be helped with anything. Although the first item I was looking for today (a thermos cooler for the car that stores cold drinks) was not available (they haven't received their summer items yet) I was able to get the second item I was looking for. In addition to that, I had 2 digital coupons that took six dollars off my total cost. One of the management team members, by the name of Bobby Allen, or AKA Eugene was the one who helped me check out my items and he went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer! Although this location is not the closest one to home, I will happily return because of the supreme customer service I received!”

“I had a very unique situation where I got my phone and wallet stolen. Took roughly 24 hours to get a new phone shipped and set up. The whole team at this location was extremely patient and above and beyond. Ashton, Abby, Nick, Devon, Tanner and Sierra offered me the highest quality of customer care. Another T-Mobile location was not very helpful however this location and its team went above and beyond. Team is on 10!”

“Found the appliances we needed, they worked with us on holding it and loaded it when the time came. Didn't have any issues at all. When we went the first time they had only 1 sells person on the floor, 2nd time there was 2. All in all though they have reasonably priced items, was easy to work with and a very cute guard dog.”

“Happy customer! Kyle and Sid put me first by listening accurately and intently to what I was looking for with my dash cam wiring/install, and working efficiently at the best price to get it done. Sid went the extra mile by giving me pointers about my weather stripping and showing me a photo of his work with the panels. Great price and experience - much better than spending hours on YouTube trying to do it myself, especially with airbags involved.”

And Scott was absolutely awesome! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also friendly, helpful, personable, and patient! It's getting harder and harder to find those who are willing to go the extra mile these days, but that is exactly how I would describe Scott. He is the manager, and the store shows it. There is a woman (I believe she is the owner) who is always making sure the pots are full and the counters are wiped clean. She always greets me with a "good morning" and warm smile. When she runs the cash register she does not hesitate to open the second one so that the customers don't have to wait. Thank you :)”
“I had been pressured into buying an Apple Watch when I needed to get a new phone while visiting Texas. After a couple of weeks I knew I didn't like it and used the chat option with T-Mobile customer service. I was told I had a 30 day buyers remorse and could return it with a full refund to any store. When I went to the nearest store to me the day before my 30 days were up, I was told that the 30 days was only if you ordered the watch and if you bought it in store it was a 14 day return period. They would not take it back so I chatted with someone else that told me they would take care of me and help me get the watch returned. They then said they would call me personally on Monday to take care of it. He never called. I chatted with a couple of other people and spoke to a "supervisor" on the phone that again said he would call me back the next day. It never happened. I finally called a couple of days later and that person told me I could not get my money back but I could take it to any store and they would be able to help me return it. I happened to be in Highland visiting my sister and saw this store was close so I brought my issuers to them. Zak J was awesome! He read all the notes, was trying to help me in every way he could. They were not going to let me out of my contract with the watch because it was over 30 days. But he and his manager was able to override the system and let me return it! Zak even gave me a $10 credit because they weren't able to cancel the line and I would hav Roy pay for it for one more month. So thank you Zak for going above and beyond. I felt heard and valued.”
