The whole team at this location was extremely patient and above and beyond. Ashton, Abby, Nick, Devon, Tanner and Sierra offered me the highest quality of customer care. Another T-Mobile location was not very helpful however this location and its team went above and beyond. Team is on 10!”
“I’ve done all the gyms- orange theory, burn boot camp, vasa, rec centers, etc. NOTHING compares to train insane. Worth every penny and if you are consistent you will see changes like I did. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. COME. The community is incredible and you will make some amazing friends’”

“At first I was very Skeptical due to all the bad reviews. Super happy with the service. Tech guys (specially Todd) went above and beyond for me. My builder provided me with wrong routers, internet extenders and all these high-tech items. Spend lots of money for no reason. Because it will not work up travers mnt. Simple router will work bought my router at Costco netgear orbi. After plugging in it hasn’t stop working. Super happy with the service and there techs super amazing.”
“Wow! After visiting two other T-Mobile stores, and being extremely disappointed in their lack of helpfulness, I went out of my way to go to the Pleasant Grove, Utah location. And Scott was absolutely awesome! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also friendly, helpful, personable, and patient! It's getting harder and harder to find those who are willing to go the extra mile these days, but that is exactly how I would describe Scott. He is the manager, and the store shows it. Even though we hit many obstacles and technical difficulties, Stacey stayed present on the call with me for over 2 hours to make sure my issues were resolved.”

In our case, it took one week and one day from dropoff until collection (BUT that was mostly on delayed shipping from the manufacturer) and only cost $165. Thanks, Rick!”
“Best experience in an internet/cell store ever. And I thought about that "ever" forever. Brandon, the assistant manager, really knows his stuff and got us every money saving option available. He took his time with my elderly mother and me, and made sure we knew exactly what to do moving forward. Go to them!! And ask for Brandon!! All the guys are excellent. Honest is the main word coming to mind to describe these guys as humans. Rare in some similar settings.”

“Ramon, the manager is really great. Unlike most males, he is fantastic at multi-tasking. He was following up with others in the queue and kept all transactions moving smoothly. And I'm not even a Verizon customer! I paid ~$30 bucks for them to transfer data from my old Samsung S8 to my new phone, a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. And they synched my Samsung Smart Watch 6. Cheap at twice the price. I'm 69 and don't set up and transfer phones very often. It was worth the money and I found it very entertaining as well. Thank you, Ramon!”

Chris reviewed our plan, answered all my questions and then some, and helped reorganize our plan based on need.Additionally, as I waited for my “turn at bat” so to speak, I witnessed Chris walk each customer he assisted, not only to the door, but opened it for them as they left.A gentleman and true professional!”

“I had been pressured into buying an Apple Watch when I needed to get a new phone while visiting Texas. After a couple of weeks I knew I didn't like it and used the chat option with T-Mobile customer service. I was told I had a 30 day buyers remorse and could return it with a full refund to any store. When I went to the nearest store to me the day before my 30 days were up, I was told that the 30 days was only if you ordered the watch and if you bought it in store it was a 14 day return period. They would not take it back so I chatted with someone else that told me they would take care of me and help me get the watch returned. They then said they would call me personally on Monday to take care of it. He never called. I chatted with a couple of other people and spoke to a "supervisor" on the phone that again said he would call me back the next day. It never happened. I finally called a couple of days later and that person told me I could not get my money back but I could take it to any store and they would be able to help me return it. I happened to be in Highland visiting my sister and saw this store was close so I brought my issuers to them. Zak J was awesome! He read all the notes, was trying to help me in every way he could. They were not going to let me out of my contract with the watch because it was over 30 days. But he and his manager was able to override the system and let me return it! Zak even gave me a $10 credit because they weren't able to cancel the line and I would hav Roy pay for it for one more month. So thank you Zak for going above and beyond. I felt heard and valued.”
