I wasn't sure if it was the hard drive or the battery that was the issue. Luckily it was just the battery, and they swapped it out for a new one at a reasonable price. Now I have a 155gb of music that I thought was lost forever. And the team was very easy to work with.”
“Great experience! Alex made the purchase process so easy. Then when our phones arrived, we went into the store for help in setting it up (my old phone was having issues). We went the day after Christmas, and Just was the only one working for the first hour or two. There were several customers who showed up, and he ALL of us. He never even hinted that he was stressed or frustrated. In fact, he had a smile the whole time, and was very friendly and patient. There were no customers complaining, because Justin knew all there was to know about helping anyone with any issue. He bounced from one customer to another and made sure we were all constantly making progress on our issue. Justin is the perfect example of perfect customer service!”

“Jesus went above and beyond helping me in a way I'll always remember. I walked into the store about 5 minutes before close, aware I was probably disrupting the employees' evening plans. My phone had a battery issue and it died completely beforehand. I had no idea where I was going, but happened to see the sign for the store while driving home, so I decided to stop to see if they could help me. They took the time to help get a repair scheduled for my phone, and also helped me purchase a prepaid phone to help me get by until I could get my phone fixed. Jesus left no stone unturned when trying to help me. They could have easily just asked me to come back the next day, but they took the time to help me, and without them I would've been a lot worse off, but thanks to their kindness and helpfulness, I was able to walk out of that store with a smile, knowing I got the help I needed. “Go see Jared at this Official AT&T location. He just helped me upgrade all 4 iPhones on my family plan to the new 17’s. He had us out the door with fully restored iPhones in roughly 45mins. Something that took us 3 hours and trips to multiple locations the last time we did this. AT&T’s transferring process is better now than it was but Jared made it so fast it was almost too good to be true. So next time you’re in this store, ask for Jared.”
