I wasn't sure if it was the hard drive or the battery that was the issue. Luckily it was just the battery, and they swapped it out for a new one at a reasonable price. Now I have a 155gb of music that I thought was lost forever. And the team was very easy to work with.”
“Great experience! Alex made the purchase process so easy. Then when our phones arrived, we went into the store for help in setting it up (my old phone was having issues). We went the day after Christmas, and Just was the only one working for the first hour or two. There were several customers who showed up, and he ALL of us. He never even hinted that he was stressed or frustrated. In fact, he had a smile the whole time, and was very friendly and patient. There were no customers complaining, because Justin knew all there was to know about helping anyone with any issue. He bounced from one customer to another and made sure we were all constantly making progress on our issue. Justin is the perfect example of perfect customer service!”

“I went in to this location this morning after almost two months of inconsistent and frustrating back and forth with T Mobile’s customer service line. The primary account holder in my family passed away and managing the account became seemingly impossible and more confusing every time I spoke to someone at T Mobile over the phone for help. I decided to head into a store to try to resolve my problems. Beau was the representative that helped me, he went above and beyond, solved my rather complicated problems in under an hour and was so kind. Mason, the manager, helped us finish up and I could not have been happier with my experience. I am so grateful to Beau and Mason. Thank you again and again!”

Not only are they really kind and helpful, they go above and beyond to look at your plan and do everything in their power to help you get the most out of your service. Plans change periodically, and the staff here will help you get the most bang for your buck. After a trip to this location to upgrade 2 of our phones, we walked out with a new phone bill for upgraded service paying substantially less than we were paying before, and that's even with the 2 new phones added to our account! Your mileage may vary, but the staff here wants to help, and will do everything they can to do so.”
