“This place is awesome! My phone got wet on a trip and I was wanting to salvage the photos. We went to two Apple stores and received zero help, they all said the memories were gone. They didn’t even look at the phone and were really dismissive and couldn’t have cared less about us. Everything was the opposite here. Dan was super helpful and thorough. He went over options and made sure we had everything they needed to take care of it. Sophie was the only tech working but did a great job recovering all of the data. Apple told us it was lost, but here they actually listened and saved the day. I have always gone to Apple for issues, but it is clear that here they not only care more about their service, but know more than the Apple “Genius” Bar. Even though they were short staffed, they gave us amazing service! I would recommend them to anyone! Fair prices too!”

“This store has only ever been a good experience (The location, not T-Mobile itself. Still pissed at T-Mobile). Long story short, I wanted to try the Internet option and see how it went (this was on 05/13). Parker helped get me setup, explain that it was a FREE trial for 14/15 days (Memorial Day Weekend) and to return it for no charge within that time period. Well T-Mobile tried to charge me the full cost for the thing. So I came back on 05/20, spoke with Parker, returned the box (I live on the Utah benches so service wasn't fantastic) and he credited the amount that T-Mobile was trying to charge. He explained that I would need to call T-Mobile to cancel the line, which I attempted (emphasis on ATTEMPTED) but the rep just kept saying "buyers remorse" which I would understand IF I ACTUALLY KEPT THE DEVICE. So I get a text today about the home Internet, zipped over and spoke with Abby (phenomenal employee!) and she was calming, sympathetic/empathetic to my situation, and walked me through how to call T-Mobile to cancel the line, even standing with me while on speaker with them. It might be confusing how I'm describing this love/hate relationship but this store and those two employees are the ONLY reasons I'm staying with T-Mobile, otherwise I'd of punted the service in a heartbeat after this experience.”

Now he will try to sell you everything but I guess it comes with the job right. “Josh at the Draper location (11400 South location near Scheels) was amazing! He helped us get all the data transferred over to our new phones and answered all our questions about our new lines we added and even assisted us with a phone call to customer service. He was very patient helpful and kind. And on top of that he was able to juggle 3 other customers while helping us. His coworker left to the back for over an hour while he took care of everyone on his own. Josh is a very good example of excellent customer service. He went above and beyond! Thank you Josh!”
“I loved my experience at this location! I was stuck on deciding which plan would be best for me so I decided it would be best to speak to someone. I went in and was immediately greeted by Jordy who was so kind and knowledgeable the whole time! I was able to get on a new plan that works great for me. “Went in to get another phone for work! I had the chance to work with Connor Ottley! I was greeted when I came in and Connor was ready to help me and never once made me feel pressured. Besides having a ton of knowledge and helping me that way.. Connor was very caring and asked about me and gave me a great experience that I tell all my friends to go to the store and ask for him! You can tell he actually just wants to help people and by doing that he gains moreBusiness! The management team should be proud of what he does for his customers”

“I’m not one to normally leave a review but- I had a really unfortunate experience going to the Pleasant Grove location to get my new phone, the guy made me super uncomfortable and set up my new phone completely wrong. After I left and tried fixing it myself, I decided to call the Orem location and see if there was anything they could do for me. The guy who answered the phone was extremely nice and told me to come in and he’d be able to help me. Just upon walking in, I could tell this location was 1000x better. I was greeted warmly and was helped almost immediately. I believe Adam helped me (I’m not great with names lol so I could be wrong), he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He got everything moved over to my new phone correctly and was very patient. I could also tell that all the employees were all on the same page and worked together as a team. I would recommend this location.”

“Going in to buy a new phone was very stressful for me and I had never actually done the process on my own so I was worried about that. Pinky however made that entire process very easy and explained every single thing every speck of the new phones and every spec with my phone that I chose. They were very sweet and made sure that I understood. Things. Encouraged me even though I was stressed and worried about everything that something was going wrong or something would happen. Pinky however eased my stress and was pretty cool and talking with them was awesome. Pinky is very sweet and I appreciate how she handled the whole transaction. From beginning to end they made it very simplified and that was awesome.”
