“I purchased my first camera-DVR system from Backstreet Surveillance in 2016. Those 8 cameras lasted 10 years and all of them still worked, which speaks to their quality. I wanted to replace them because they were outdated analog 1080P cameras and I wanted to upgrade to 4K network cameras with an NVR and real time app notifications. I debated heavily on purchasing elsewhere and almost did, except I made a phone call to Backstreet Surveillance and spoke to David and asked him several questions on my list about their products and features, so that I could make an informed decision. David was very friendly and relatable and honest and he and I had a great conversation for about an hour. He even said how impressed he was that I was asking all of the right questions. Their customer support and product longevity was a big factor in my decision to buy from them in 2026. But my great experience didn’t end there. They shipped my 4K cameras, NVR, and junction boxes to me and I discovered an issue upon receiving my cameras. I contacted David and he immediately took care of it at no cost to me and shipped overnight and even threw in some incentives that were unexpected but very generous just for my trouble. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with Backstreet Surveillance’s customer service. And also what is great is if I call them during their business hours I always get a real person and they always get back to me promptly, unlike other companies where you always get a frustrating machine or bot to speak with. Thanks to David and the team there for going above and beyond. I will definitely recommend them.”
“These folks are always very knowledgeable and very approachable. If I have no idea what I'm talking about, I just tell them what I'm trying to do and they always send me away with the perfect solution. Sometimes that even means outside the box custom solutions to weird requests. I won't go anywhere else for my audio equipment.”

“This store is so confusing. Outwardly it seems really retail oriented. Whole store is packed with all sorts of cool electronics and tinkering tools. Great for curiosity and excitement. But the staff seems like they're all paid on commercial accounts or something. Totally disconnected, they even have their plastic COVID separators up so you don't ask them any questions. Kinda weird. Really cool hole in the wall for electronics though.”
“KS Audio installed a front camera on my 2021 4Runner and did an absolutely excellent job. The price was great, the service was friendly and professional, and the quality of the work really shows. I also learned they handle all kinds of auto maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, including work on motorcycles, which makes them a one‑stop shop for any work on my vehicle. Highly recommended!!”

“My wife came in to have the e-sim set up on an iphone 15 she just bought. Justin was very helpful in getting it set up for her. The store had several customers so he set her up and kept circling back to make sure everything was going smoothly with the transfer. He is great at multi tasking!”

“I spilled a cup of coffee on my MacBook keyboard, and knew that it would need repair. I found Expercom online (with my phone, of course.) It was easy to make a next morning appointment. Expercom turned out to be great choice because the service tech was customer friendly, listened closely, advised me that my Mac was still under warranty, and arranged for the repair at a service center. The turn-around was only 6 days, including a weekend. I could not have received better service.”
