“If in Salt Lake City, this is a mist stop for souvenirs. The lady working there was so kind and helpful that we couldn’t believe it. While we were strolling around the shop, she brought us 2 waters and a Map of Utah, free of charge. We continued looking for a special magnet, but she didn’t have one and she was so kind and offered to send it to us free of charge. We were shocked by the kindness. She also gave us space to shop in peace and wasn’t at all intrusive. As Europeans that means a lot to us ?. By far best giftvshop on our USA roadtrip.”
“I wanted to take a moment to leave a review for the Sandy location because they truly turned a frustrating experience into a positive one.
After having a disappointing experience at the West Valley location, where I was even asked, “How do I know that you didn’t take the diamond out and sell it on eBay?” when I was simply trying to understand my insurance coverage after the center diamond fell out of my ring, I was honestly discouraged.
Thankfully, I reached out to the Sandy location, and from the very first phone call, the difference in customer service was remarkable. Everyone was kind, respectful, patient, and willing to help. They took the time to clearly explain how my insurance policy worked, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood the entire repair process without ever making me feel rushed or judged.

“The Murray location was open until 5 on the 4th of July which was a LIFESAVER for my family and I! Aidan and Cole were quick, kind, and very fair with my loan offer. Incredible customer service. “I’ve fallen in love with my wedding ring again! The original purchase was not made from Jewelry by You but they replaced some missing stones on the side and the center stone to a larger one. The previous center stone didn’t quite cover the “halo,” so there was always a slight gap that I had hoped to have addressed one day when we were older and more financially stable. 15+ years later, we felt it was time. After doing some research, I found JBY and they had great reviews so we opted to give them a shot (a huge risk with such a large purchase), and I’m SO pleased that we put our trust in them.
