“Took in an heirloom piece of my mom's to get repaired (it had had several repairs before in another state and was well-loved because it was worn every day) and they were realistic and honest about whether they could do the work. They said they'd look at it and if they couldn't repair it they wouldn't charge us. Not only were they able to repair it so well that you can barely see the break, they also spent time on the past repairs by a different jeweler that were messy and obvious. You can barely see any evidence of repair and it looks shiny and beautiful again. The price was very reasonable and my mom was beyond thrilled. I would highly recommend their repair services and I am also going to take advantage of their appraisal services and will update this review once I do so.”

“I'll tell you what, Shane Co. has done some wonderful advertising with their commercials, because we both knew the exact address of this location from the radio commercials we hear all the time. A great marketing investment for them, I think all locals know exactly where Shane Co is from those commercials alone! We recently came to Shane Co because we remembered the address. When we walked in, we were greeted by a host at the front, and were told that it was about a 10-15 minute wait to be paired with one of the employees. We were able to shop around on our own while we waited, and then received a text when we were paired with one of their team members. We had a decent idea of what we were looking for, but wanted to get a better understand of sizing and types of bands. Two different team members assisted us and both were lovely. They definitely made sure we were aware of their lifetime warranty, and it was mentioned several times throughout our visit. Both associates were very helpful and helped us find both rings and bands that we liked. Neither were pushy at all, and we felt very comfortable with them. They added the rings and sizes we picked out to an online file, which was emailed to us the following day. We ultimately did not end up going with Shane Co for our rings, just because the rings weren't exactly what we were looking for, we were looking for something more custom, but we did have a lovely experience here and would recommend checking them out.”
