Leo was able to repair the chip with the original material that Rolex uses in their production. You absolutely cannot see the repair. “I went in for a repair to a seiko watch bracelet. I tried adjusting the links myself without knowing that the pins are spring-loaded. The pin launched out and is somewhere in my living room.I was greeted by Jenny, who was smiling, friendly, and genuinely wanted to help. She took my watch in the back for 5 minutes and had fixed everything as good as new. It required a smaller than usual pin, and luckily, she had one on hand. We talked G-Shocks and watch bands for a few minutes, and she is very knowledgeable. When I asked what I owed her, she said that there was no charge for the repair, but if I could afford it to please make a donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. What a wonderful experience I had this morning at this little mom and pop watch shop in SLC. I highly recommend going in!!”

I was told that because Brietling had a boutique store in the mall...he no longer sells Brietling. He directed me to another jewler who saved me 15% over the Brietling store.”
“Today I called CS and got Julian Heinecke as a CS representative. What a professional, courteous breath of fresh air.
Now a days, people don't take pride in their position as a CS representative, however, Julian was a stellar CS rep. When he couldn't answer my question, he took the time to look it up or ask a supervisor for the answer, you just don't get people to go the extra mile anymore.
