“My now fiancé and I came in to Sierra~West after feeling almost dismissed at Jared’s. We had asked a sales rep at Jared’s the benefits of purchasing with them instead of going wholesale at Costco. We even provided a photo of a ring at Costco. He was not helpful and you could tell he was not interested in our business. We left Jared’s pretty disappointed and just happened to see Sierra~West right off state street and stopped. We asked Fred the same question and showed him the photo and he broke it down for us. Pulled out a book and explained the different diamond types, color, size. I mean everything. He was so helpful. I told him what I was looking for and I fell in love with the very first ring he showed me. We purchased it that day. He even gave us 50% off on my fiancé’s ring! I would definitely recommend going to them for any jewelry. I have already sent my mom there to fix one of her rings. They had her ring done in less than a week. They are just amazing!”
