“I went in for a repair to a seiko watch bracelet. I tried adjusting the links myself without knowing that the pins are spring-loaded. The pin launched out and is somewhere in my living room.I was greeted by Jenny, who was smiling, friendly, and genuinely wanted to help. She took my watch in the back for 5 minutes and had fixed everything as good as new. It required a smaller than usual pin, and luckily, she had one on hand. We talked G-Shocks and watch bands for a few minutes, and she is very knowledgeable. When I asked what I owed her, she said that there was no charge for the repair, but if I could afford it to please make a donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. What a wonderful experience I had this morning at this little mom and pop watch shop in SLC. I highly recommend going in!!”
“I had been looking all over to try and find somewhere to have my husbands Turquoise wedding ring deep cleaned and no one seemed to be able to clean it. I called Jared to see if they could do it before driving in. The woman on the phone said that she could look at it and to bring it in. When I got there I was met at the door by Hali who told me that they would not be able to do a deep clean on it because of the stone. Instead of sending me away again, like so many of the other jewelry stores, Hali gave me the name and address of a company that could help me. I was able to go to Mike's Custom Jewelry and get the ring cleaned and also get help on some of my other jewelry needs. I am so thankful for the help from Jared and their willingness to help their customers even if they have to send them elsewhere. This is amazing customer service. Thank you so much for your help!!!”
