“If I could give 10 stars, I would. I am in Salt Lake for work, from Pittsburgh. My Tag aquaracer battery needed replaced. Tried multiple Tag authorized dealers in Pittsburgh and they were not able to complete the task. The watch is slightly unusual to replace a battery yet a Tag dealer could not do it. I was recommended Fankhauser from high end dealers in Pittsburgh! Word travels I guess. I took the watch into them today and not only had a battery replacement as well as pressure test but also a bit of education about the watch. 20 minutes and I was back in business. Fantastic team and cannot give a higher recommendation! Thank you!”

“We just stopped by with 2 G-Shock watches that have been in my husbands drawer for many years. Although they were not working, he couldn’t bring himself to get rid of them. He’d worn them in his youth and wished he could wear them again. Jenny fixed the band on one and noticed that they actually did work, they had just been away from the sun and unable to charge. She sent us off with 2 great watches for under $25, would not let us pay for her time. I will refer everyone here!”
