“Living in a remote area like Santa Clara and Ivins, it’s easy to feel lost by the wayside in terms of amenities and services.
Post office? Literal studio office stuck in the 80s. Shopping? Try Family Dollar.
However, this could not be less true for Big Ben’s Moving. I moved in this month as my family and I change homes – I needed something cheap and immediate. What I did not expect was incredible service as well.
I made my way in person today to confirm my identity and unit. Lala, the lady at the front desk, was the embodiment of service and compassion; she listened to my sob story of single-parenting while moving, she helped as I discussed available units for better prices, she even reviewed available promos that could help save some expense.
Big business doesn’t necessarily mean big service. If anything, I’ve come to find the bigger the business, the less humanity.
