I found that he listened carefully and directed me not only in a good shoe purchase but also regarding the proper insoles (not as aggressive as I had been doing) and exercises that would help. So far I’m very happy with my purchase and look forward to getting back on the trail.”

She offered a third style of shoe in my size that I didn’t notice and it ended up being the most perfect fit for my foot and I adored the style the best even against the options I picked out myself. “We took my 14 year old grandson school shopping in August 2024 shortly before school started and the store was very busy. The sales associate Anna came over and immediately started asked my Grandson questions about what he needed. She told about the Back to School Specials and before I knew it he had picked out several pants and shirts and Anna even talked him into trying them on!!! I was SO HAPPY!!! In all our years of school shopping I have never persuaded him to try on clothes. Anyway, she was WONDERFUL and even though it's a few months late. I haven't forgotten the EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!”
“I bought some jeans the other day got home. Tried them on wore around the house realized they were probably just a little bit too big went back not only did they exchange them no questions asked for the correct size. They ordered the right size and they hadn’t sent out the other ones for alterations so they found me another pair of jeans and not once did I feel like I was inconveniencing them they were over the top. Excellent customer service.”

After a month of wearing the shoes they recommended I went back and bought another two pairs for different activities. He talked to me on the phone and made me feel so comfortable and taken care of.
We got to the Vans store and he quickly got to work. He helped me, my son and fiancé find the right size shoe and would undo each lace and hand it to us.

“I had an incident happen recently , without going into full detail but this store was amazing right down to the young lady Carly that helped me right as I walked in the door with no questions asked she contacted her store manager Jennifer on the phone to help me out !! Canon also joined in and helped no questions asked. They were so very gracious I can’t say enough great things about the way these employees handled everything even though my problem had nothing to do with them or the store. All of them went above and beyond to help me out including the security guard at the mall .”

“I ordered a pair of Dr. Martens that I was so excited to receive, got them in the mail yesterday and the wrong pair was shipped from MN. No big deal right? I'll just reorder them...except that they're limited edition and sold out everywhere, are no longer in stock online, nor are they going to carry them again. I called customer service and was told exactly that - no more shoes in stock, the best I could do was take my wrong order to my local store (Layton Hills Mall) and get a refund. Walked in today on my lunch and spoke with Sav who not only FOUND me a magical pair that customer service apparently couldn't see, or didn't care to look for - but helped me order said pair, as well as return the wrong shoes I received. Sav went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me and I can't express how grateful I am for her help! Sav literally made my day! Thank you so much again, I can't wait to get my Wednesday Docs!!”
“I was anticipating the store to have better deals or cheaper options but most of the store did not. The only deals they had was a BOGO deal and it was only on a handful of shoes, none of those being in the men's section. There was a decent size clearance or discount section for women's but a very small section for men. The larger discounted section for women on one of the back walls had some shoes that were clearly worn. I don't necessarily have a problem with that but they are trying to sell shoes with scuffs and scratches on them for $35. Absolutely not worth that much. There is a smaller clearance section in the back of the store that has non-worn shoes and I found two for $10 each. That didn't make much sense but I did find two really cute pairs of shoes for only $21 total. We also came in with like 15-20 mins to close and the employees were very kind to us.”

“I had a good experience here, I walked in already knowing what I wanted. I wanted to buy these burgundy colored converse to go with my Halloween costume. I found the ones I wanted, and was ready to check out. The cashier Jack, was just making sure the shoes were the same size.. unfortunately they were not, there was a size 6 and a size 8. I was a bit bummed because I needed them asap. He went to double check and make sure it was not in a different box. I asked him if there were any stores that had that specific color and size at any other location. He said there was one at the Newgate mall, I asked him if he could call and verify before I make the trip, he did and had them save them for me. Thank you Jack! Only reason I gave 4/5 stars, was just because I feel bad for whoever bought the converse shoes and went home with two different sizes. If the cashiers would double check like Jack, this would have not happened.”

“Neverland Emporium does the most comprehensive analysis of my daughter's feet (that I have experienced) when fitting for pointe shoes. Copious notes are taken during the fitting. Even though we have to drive farther (past two different pointe shoe shops), it is worth it to me.”
