He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I wanted to protect my new work boots so I decided to get a protective coating called tough toe applied to the toe of the boots. This protective coating is FANTASTIC!!!!! Logan was the rep that applied the tough toe and I could not be more satisfied with the tough toe or the boots. Thank you work shoes HQ!!!! “Props to the team at the Layton location! I took my grandson in for new slacks for a dance. I was promised they would be hemmed a week later on the morning of the dance. When we arrived to pick them up, the pants could not be found. After several minutes of searching, they finally found them. They had wrongly been placed in alterations for the 26th instead of the 16th. Our pick up date was Saturday morning, when they do not have a tailor on-site. To their credit, they found a tailor, took them TO the tailor and brought them back to their location in plenty of time for the dance. We are VERY appreciative that they worked so hard to have these ready for us. Thank you for caring and for making it happen!”

“This review is long loooooong overdue, so for that I apologize! The staff at this store are SUPER helpful and are stellar examples of what customer service should look like. I was shopping here and found a pair of One Piece vans that I thought were SO cute! Unfortunately, they didn’t have a size that fit me comfortably, and since the shoes were on sale (and I live out of state), ordering online wasn’t really an option. The staff could see how sad I was about this, so they called the vans store in Roy to see if they had any my size in stock. Luckily for me, they did! The staff here genuinely looked so happy to make me happy. It was like a “say yes to the dress moment.” Sending good vibes too all the Vans fam!”

“Lots of shoes are all geared for women, but from time to time gender neutral. Great variety for all different kinds of needs and wants. Most of the shoes are a knock-off style of more expensive brands, though much more affordable. They often have sales like their most popular sale of BOGO 50% off. Their return policy is pretty good. You have 30 days to return or exchange for in store credit. The shoes must not be worn outside, have wear or tear to them. The employees are friendly and quite helpful in aiding in your purchase, even calling another store if necessary. Sizes seem to range from 5 1/2 to 9 or 10. Seems like the smaller sizes go quickest. Store clean and well organized.”

“Today was my first time at a Nordstrom Rack. I thought it was another Marshalls/Ross, etc but it's way better! I was able to find actually cute and appropriate for work clothing. The racks are organized better than Marshalls and the like but still a tad clustered. As someone who has been struggling to find "normal" clothes (no leotards or super crop tops or poofy sleeves in sight!) at a reasonable price as a 30s woman I was pretty excited.”

“Went in for a pair of boots, didnt have my size in the pair I wanted, so they ordered them in. To my surprise the boots we're $286 to order in, but the tag on the boot was $149.99. The cashier and Management assured me that when the boots came in they would refund the $286 and I would only pay the $149.99. Thats exactly what happened. Super friendly staff, very customer oriented. Greatly appreciated keep up the good work! I'll for sure be back.”
