“Austin Tandy and Beck were absolutely the best when helping me resolve my issues. For some reason some people couldn't make calls to me. They fixed that problem in 5 minutes. I told them I was looking to upgrade my phone and they came up with a few options of how I could do this. I ended up getting 1000$ off my new phone by turning the old one in. This in return lowered my bill from over 120$ to nearly 20! They were patient and helpful, and very fadt.”
