I have been banking with them for over 20 years and I have never been disappointed with the customer service I receive. They ALWAYS greet me with a smile and by name. I love everyone there! They are thorough, efficient and do a great job! So a big shout out to my favorite tellers which are Madi, Maddie and Leo! I have had a fun time getting to know them. They are fun to chat with while they are taking care of my banking! Another shout out goes to the awesome Mangers, Aleaya and Jessica. “I was super excited when BofA finally came to Utah because I've been using them for 25 years. The Manager has greeted me with sincere politeness every time I have gone into the bank and immediately notified whoever I had an appointment with that I was there. It has been an A+ experience so far and I definitely plan to continue coming here. I will say, this is more of a go online and make an appointment location. So far, the longest I have waited to be helped was 3 minutes, but I did have an appointment. To anyone that reads this, before just walking in, I highly advise you go online and book an appointment if you need to do anything that will require time...like setting up a new account. I don't remember everyone's name I interacted with, but I would definitely like to give a shout out to Lucy for all the help getting my accounts set up and answering all my questions, and to Shay and the rest of her team for assisting me with my deposits and transfers!”
“we were looking for a bank fforneurodivergent 20 year-old. We need a special account where overdraft never occurs even under recurring charges. We could not find that feature at any bank. The law allows people to draw overdraft fees and so they do. This is one of the only banks that has a truly only spend what you have debit card account. It’s awesome. not all their accounts do it. It’s a specific account you have to get. A great feature for anyone who struggles to manage their money, but never wants to be charged overdraft fees.”
