“When I called and spoke to Stacey B on Monday, she was sooo helpful! She was able to walk me through the entire setup process with my router. Even though we hit many obstacles and technical difficulties, Stacey stayed present on the call with me for over 2 hours to make sure my issues were resolved.”

“We were helped by Alejandro. He was very patient with us as we came in near close. We ended up having to call T-Mobile to figure part of it out before we could pick up our new phone. He was very professional and patient with us even as it drew close to closing time. We appreciated the attention and service.”

“Isaiah took great care of my family and I when we came in to get new phones for our young daughters. Took the time to set up the phones securely so we had peace of mind with our daughters having their first phones. I have never been treated so well in a Verizon store before and I have been a customer with Verizon for over 9 years.”

“Our experience was exceptional, even though we initially had some reservations about the process. Angel and the manager offered outstanding guidance and support. The discussion was fluid, and their analytical prowess was truly impressive. We ultimately acquired four new phones/lines and home internet services. I would highly recommend this establishment due to the professionalism and genuine human connection we experienced. Angel M, despite his youth, demonstrated remarkable maturity and expertise. Thank u!”

“Diego did an excellent job helping me set up my new phone! It took awhile and he was very patient and kind to wait it out with me to make sure all the data from my old phone was transferred to my new phone. Top level customer service at this location. All employees are friendly, informative and also speak fluent English and Spanish. There was a steady stream of customers there and everyone was helped with minimal wait.”

“Rick fixed our TV for a fraction of what it would've cost to replace it. It died without warning or clear cause, but Rick diagnosed the issue quickly and was friendly. In our case, it took one week and one day from dropoff until collection (BUT that was mostly on delayed shipping from the manufacturer) and only cost $165. Thanks, Rick!”

“After a horrible experience at the American fork store, we came to this location and had the best experience possible. Daniel took care of us and made sure we were completely happy. There were a few technical issues but we recognize that that wasn't his fault and he was so apologetic and so helpful despite all the issues his software was having. Will definitely be going to this location again.”
