“Wow! After visiting two other T-Mobile stores, and being extremely disappointed in their lack of helpfulness, I went out of my way to go to the Pleasant Grove, Utah location. And Scott was absolutely awesome! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also friendly, helpful, personable, and patient! It's getting harder and harder to find those who are willing to go the extra mile these days, but that is exactly how I would describe Scott. He is the manager, and the store shows it. He has my loyalty for life! Thanks so much, Scott! You turned a dreaded experience into a really, really good one!”

“I lost my phone snowboarding and was stressing not only about getting a new phone, but also losing all of my data including contacts, messages, etc. Abraham and especially Luis were lifesavers. Not only were they able to get me a new phone, but they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Luis was even able to find a way to get all of my data back onto my new phone so I didn't lose anything. Great staff.”

“At first I was very Skeptical due to all the bad reviews. Super happy with the service. Tech guys (specially Todd) went above and beyond for me. My builder provided me with wrong routers, internet extenders and all these high-tech items. Spend lots of money for no reason. Because it will not work up travers mnt. Simple router will work bought my router at Costco netgear orbi. After plugging in it hasn’t stop working. Super happy with the service and there techs super amazing.”

“Best experience in an internet/cell store ever. And I thought about that "ever" forever. Brandon, the assistant manager, really knows his stuff and got us every money saving option available. He took his time with my elderly mother and me, and made sure we knew exactly what to do moving forward. Go to them!! And ask for Brandon!! All the guys are excellent. Honest is the main word coming to mind to describe these guys as humans. Rare in some similar settings.”

The router worked okay, but I've switched services due to billing discrepancies the last 6 months (unrelated to this store location).If I was rejoin Verizon or have need for their technical services again, I recommend this location.”

“I had been pressured into buying an Apple Watch when I needed to get a new phone while visiting Texas. After a couple of weeks I knew I didn't like it and used the chat option with T-Mobile customer service. I was told I had a 30 day buyers remorse and could return it with a full refund to any store. When I went to the nearest store to me the day before my 30 days were up, I was told that the 30 days was only if you ordered the watch and if you bought it in store it was a 14 day return period. They would not take it back so I chatted with someone else that told me they would take care of me and help me get the watch returned. They then said they would call me personally on Monday to take care of it. He never called. I chatted with a couple of other people and spoke to a "supervisor" on the phone that again said he would call me back the next day. It never happened. I finally called a couple of days later and that person told me I could not get my money back but I could take it to any store and they would be able to help me return it. I happened to be in Highland visiting my sister and saw this store was close so I brought my issuers to them. Zak J was awesome! He read all the notes, was trying to help me in every way he could. They were not going to let me out of my contract with the watch because it was over 30 days. But he and his manager was able to override the system and let me return it! Zak even gave me a $10 credit because they weren't able to cancel the line and I would hav Roy pay for it for one more month. So thank you Zak for going above and beyond. I felt heard and valued.”

“Rick fixed our TV for a fraction of what it would've cost to replace it. It died without warning or clear cause, but Rick diagnosed the issue quickly and was friendly. In our case, it took one week and one day from dropoff until collection (BUT that was mostly on delayed shipping from the manufacturer) and only cost $165. Thanks, Rick!”
