“I'm happy with the help I was provided by the employees despite the struggle they had with the system when it came to transferring my number from T-Mobile. They were so friendly and fun to talk to while things were being figured out, just very down to earth people. If you need a phone or a phone case/ protector this is the way to go too. They don't sell headphones or accessories though since it's such a small and specific store. They are very pati”

“We had the best experience at T-mobile. The store manager Nouah went above and beyond for us. He answered all of our questions, got us the best deals, and made sure we were taken care of. We dropped our huge bill at Verizon, and we’re going to be paying half of what we were! Really impressed with all T-mobile offers when you switch over. 10/10”

“Joe is the best! We’ve been with AT&T for over 15 years, and no one has ever helped us the way he has. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain our plan in detail, and even showed us how to save money we didn’t know we could. Joe is thorough, patient, and truly goes above and beyond. He’s now our go-to for anything AT&T. Highly recommend working with him! He knows his stuff!”

“They did pretty good informing us about the plans and all the paperwork required. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is 'cause they don't know about the specs. Of the phones they have for sale. Plus non of that information is visible to the client so you can compare. You have to look it up yourself. Besides that the service is pretty good.”

When I'm sad, I go to target and target tells me what I need, and then I'm happy again. Me and target are good friends and I think if it keeps going this way we will be besties for life.”

He made sure to help connect with customer service/support while trying to claim insurance; I had to come back because my wife was told she had to go through CS and that was it… she left frustrated so I went in and Ramon was great. He ensured we received the attention we needed and the assistance to end. Thank you Ramon”
