“I had a very good overall experience at the Oilstop location in West Valley.
When I first pulled in, Chris was already walking toward my vehicle before I even came to a complete stop. He let me know there was about an hour wait, and when I asked when a better time to come back would be, he told me Monday morning would likely be better. I came back Monday morning and there was no wait.
From the moment I pulled in, the customer service was excellent. Derek greeted me right away, guided me into the bay, and the team was ready to help immediately. I was offered a beverage or water, and I never had to get out of my vehicle.
The team was professional, friendly, and not pushy with additional services. I appreciated the transparency during the service. They showed me the oil filter before installing it, used a clear pump at the front of my vehicle where I could see the old oil being removed, and showed me the oil level afterward to confirm it was filled properly. The whole service took about 22 minutes.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that a few items listed with the Groupon offer were either not completed or unclear. I was not told about the $30 second-vehicle voucher, I did not observe the windshield being washed, my door hinges/latches were not lubricated, and my invoice said tire pressure was “not checked — guest request,” but I did not decline that service.
Overall, the staff and customer service were excellent, and I would still recommend this location. I just think included items should be completed consistently or clearly communicated during the visit.”
“Mark was very clear on the services we were receiving, going through each service and explaining the price. He showed us under the hood of our car to point out the reason for some of the services, including a corroded battery.”

“Ok so ive gone to the Jiffy Lube on Cougar Lane for years never had an issue. Then I went there and they said something was wrong with the plug and had to go to this location 😒 well not a huge deal but found out my oil pan and plug, this place was amazing and took great care of me. I definitely appreciate them doing this. Terrance was so great and understanding with my issue and took care of me.”

“We've been bringing both our vehicles to this location for years. They're fast, friendly and leave our vehicles cleaner than when we arrived.
We've visited other oil change centers around the area, and they offer the best price for a full synthetic oil change. Way cheaper than that Lube location down the street.
They offer tire repairs, rotations and you can pick up a set of 4 while you get that oil changed. We've had nothing but great experiences here. You'll see us there each time we need an oil change, you should consider this location the next time you need an oil change too. Enjoy”

“I was changing oil at home for my newly bought 2009 corolla when I could not figure out how to unstuck the stuck oil filter housing. Whoever changed the oil before must have given it a very excessive torque. Brought the car to walmart and they took it right in. I only had to wait 5 mins then my car was ready to go. They were able to loosen it with the right tool and best part was they did not charge me anything. What a hero!”
