“I've been with Zions for 14 years and quite satisfied. They're always friendly and helpful, albeit a bit slow (hence my 4 stars – but I don't blame branch employees for that; such is the way of corporate America, making one person do the job of two or three.) *More than once when I have been traveling, they have temporarily locked my card as a safety measure and then called me to verify it was me making the purchases far from home – I love that they do this! I was once hacked for close to $600 and they got me my money back quite quickly.”
