It's good to know that they guarantee against manufacturing flaws for the lifetime of the product. Nice shop, great service.”
“Bought a sweater here 4 years ago. It was expensive as far as buying something I could get for a third of the price at Nordstrom, and I went in and then went back the next day. Everyone was helpful and low pressure.I likely wear the sweater about 10 times a year and frequently get asked what it is and compliments. It really has high quality and held up well, so it’s well worth it. So if you love what you try on, just buy it!”
“This is customer service!. Bought a jacket 2 years ago, and a snap fell off. John and the folks at Overland didn’t even hesitate—I was able to print a fee return lab online. Shipped the coat from Tennessee on Monday and was wearing a brand new replacement on Friday. Can’t say enough positive about Overland Park City, and Grace in customer service at the Iowa mother shop.”

“I am visiting from NC and just found out that my friend got engaged!! She and I both love Athleta so I went into this store to get her a gift card for her and some things for me. All of the staff in this store were incredibly warm, welcoming and super helpful.I am not exactly a fitness model (older lady with some extra pounds), but they treated me very well and adhered to Athleta’s size inclusive ways. I walked out a very happy loyal customer!As always Athleta clothing is very well made, flattering, functional and stylish. I have Athleta items that have lasted 20+ years to attest to the quality.”
“Hubs and I visited this location twice during our end of February 2024 ski vacation. I immediately fell in love with the “Prima Flight Vest”, but unfortunately my size was sold out. Enter Sam Watson, one of the nicest most helpful retail employees we’ve ever met. Without being pushy, Sam showed me several alternatives, but quickly realized it was the “Prima” I wanted. He helped me place an in store, shipping included, Kühl website order, and I got the very last vest in my size. My order was delivered in record speed at my home in San Diego, CA just a couple of days later. Sam also helped my husband buy a pair of Deceptr pants during our second visit and showed him several color variations. Sam is super friendly, kind, helpful, and very informative. He really knows everything about the products, and made us feel great as customers. Wonderful experience. We’ll be back!”

“Hey, I visited briefly while I was in town in March! Everyone was super nice! And they had really cute Souvenirs and merch.Today today is my birthday! I saw this really cute moose a while back! It was kind of flat and had one big eye and one little eye and a square nose! I thought it was so cute and ugly at the same time I wanted it so bad!I drove an entire hour from herriman to get here to get it for my birthday because on the website the houses said It was open but when I got here it’s 1125 and no one’s here and the store is closed.I am actually so sad. Cute store but the hours are not accurate at all.”

“Highly recommended this store. My wife and I came in for the first time today and could not be more pleased. Primarily a women's store, my wife loved their unique selection of jewlery and trendy sweaters. Not only this but their customer service was refreshing as well. Right off the bat we were greeted by a sweet young lady who was very accommodating. I wish I could give credit where credit is deserved. Unfortunately I did not catch her name but the young lady had blonde hair and was wearing a purple sweater. She was insightful and patient with my very picky wife. Overall a great store and we will be revisiting.”
