Ma & Paws Bakery...& DIY Dog Wash
1227 E 3300 S Suite C, MillcreekThis place is the best when it comes to meeting your dogs needs. The workers are very knowledgeable and informative. I came in to get some special food for my boys and the worker Jo talked my ear off for nearly 2 hours about all she knows about the different dry foods, canned food and treats that could possibly work best for my boys. And everything I got that she told me about has worked out great. Definitely coming back!

Desert Raw Holistic Pet
3953 Wasatch Blvd, MillcreekCaren, the manager that runs the store was super helpful, and very knowledgeable about her products. She took the time to explain how each kind of food would benefit or detract from my dogs overall health. She answered all of my questions professionally and sincerely. Highly recommend for her outstanding service with a beautiful smile!

Fish 4 U
4010 Highland Dr. #1, MillcreekFantastic store with livestock and equipment for everyone. Just about everything on display is for sale which is nice as some stores aren’t this way. Bought some coraline algae and a harlequin shrimp from them and haven’t had any issues. Lovely staff, had a great time talking with them, and they were eager to help! I do a lot for the aquaculture program at my high school and both employees working that day were genuinely interested and supportive. Really cool place, fantastic saltwater and freshwater selection, and well worth the hour long car ride it takes me to get here.

DogMode
4030 S Howick St, MillcreekThey are ? I like that you can look in on your puppies at any time while they are open. I don't even worry about my dogs while they are in Dog-Modes care. I asked if they would please give each dog a bath before I pick them up. They told me they would IF they could. They were able to do it. My dogs look great and combed out beautifully. Thank you, Dog Mode.My daughter takes her dog there as well. She has been going there a lot longer than myself. I plan to stay with them as well. I think I have stayed with them for maybe 4 years.

Brickyard Kennel, iPawd, inc.
1221 E 3300 S, MillcreekI’ve taken my dog to Brickyard Kennel twice in the past few months. This is one of the few places in SLC that could accommodate to reactive dogs like mine and she was able to get alone time with the staff. I received some videos of her playing which made me feel much more at ease & I know she had a good time because she’d be smiling ear to ear when I’d pick her up! I also noticed they clipped her nails (which are close to impossible for me to clip on my own) so thank you so much for that! I appreciate you guys caring for my sweet girl. I would definitely recommend, especially for the affordable price and accommodation to reactive pups

Second Summit Hard Cider Co.
4010 S Main St, MillcreekBetween the Cider, the Food, and the Pickleball courts + additional games, I’m not sure which one was my favorite part.
I held my birthday party there with about 15 friends and everyone had a great time, we kept ordering food and it was very consistent.
The covered pickleball courts were amazing since it started raining a little, and when the sun came out, we stayed nice and cool.
The additional games like cornhole, connect 4, etc.. was a great addition for people to play in between games.
All and all, every cider was great and some got mixed drinks.

Higher Ground Coffee
2005 E 3300 S, MillcreekMy sister and I had some time to kill some time before we can check into our Airbnb. So we looked up coffee joints near us and Higher Ground popped up. They looked pretty legit so we went and checked them out.
Walking in, this joint is really neat. There's coffee bags lining the ceiling. There's a couple old chairs that you can chill at in the corner surrounded by plants. The light was shining brightly through the windows. It has a very chill, easy vibe here.
We got a couple drinks ordered and a CaBreezy panini started. I got myself an iced americano with sugar free vanilla and room for cream. My sister got a hot peppermint mocha. We chilled at the 2 big old chairs while our goodies were being prepared.
My drink was so good! I did add a packet of Splenda and some cinnamon to my coffee, so tasty!! I appreciate that my americano wasn't watered down. I didn't get to try my sister's drink but she said it was really good! We did share the CaBreezy panini. It was delicious! It was balanced pesto, balsamic glaze and mozzarella. The tomato was fresh and ripe. The ciabatta was warm and crispy. I probably could have had another half but we are trying to save room for dinner.
It was nice chillin here for a bit. Everything was great. The barista that was working did a great job on our drinks and food. Happy I got to check out this local coffee joint on this beautiful Sunday.

Java Jo's
847 E 4500 S, MillcreekWanted to try the pistachio cold brew today it wasn’t bad although I was expecting it to be different. I was expecting more of a non sweet pistachio flavor (which would have been interesting as I’m more of a nitro cold brew on tap type of person) but nonetheless it was still good. I normally usually get the caramel macchiato frozen with 3 extra shots when I come here though ??

Greenhouse Effect Coffee and Crepes UT
3231 S 900 E, MillcreekA small, but cozy little coffee shop not far from I80.
The coffee I has was solid and reasonably priced. The savory BBQ chicken crepe I had was fantastic.
I've only reviewed a few coffee shops ever, but compared to my limited dataset, I'd come back in a heartbeat!

Roots Cafe
3474 S 2300 E, MillcreekWhat a cute little place in Millcreek/Olympus Cove area. It was super busy on the weekend my friend and I got together for a girl's brunch, but they had available, shaded, outdoor seating on that hot summer day, so it was perfect! Our waitress was attentive and helpful. The food was delightful and flavorful. I forgot to try the baked goods that they had at the restaurant entrance that looked delicious! I'll be back in the future, and will head to the Old Flamingo after to walk off the meal!

Bengal Rescue
4760 Highland Dr. Suite 316, MillcreekSo far so good, I had some issues with one of my dogs and my gorgeous Bengal kitten who I didn't want to rehome to just anyone. it was never about making a buck. I found this organization to very kind and understanding. Talon was only 8 months old. Loves other animals, just one of my dogs was way to rough, It became so stressful to keep them apart. I am heartbroken and will be for a long time. It takes a special person to be a bengal parent, they are high energy and super curious, so not for the average cat owner. They require stimulation and loads of TLC. I do want to comment on the transporter, her name was Cat, she was very vested in a smooth process for Talon. It meant the world to me. I have seem pics of her since at her foster home, I pray the new owner will allow me to see pics once in awhile. I want the very best for her. Thanks everyone for doing what you do!
