“My experience dealing with this business has been pleasant, however, this business does come with its flaws.
This store has a lot of awesome collectibles, they specifically stand out in their pokemon area. Their prices are right at, or slightly above market value, which makes them competitive. I will note that they do price some of their LP-MP (lightly played, moderately played) cards, if not most, at market value. The problem with this is that most LP-MP cards are slightly below market value, because they are played and can have minor defects, but this store prices them as if they are near mint-mint.
They do take cards and slabs in for trade, and purchase cards and slabs, but they seem to be pretty picky with what they want. I tried to trade and sale multiple PSA graded cards, but was told that they were specifically looking for PSA 10 cards that are newer. They will always ask if you have any more cards and slabs. They are competitive when offering to buy or trade, but again, they seem to be picky on what they want.
Overall, this store is nice and has a great inventory. The employees are nice, and will point you in the right direction, but this is a shoe store/hype store turned pokemon store, so expect items to be right at or slightly above market value.”

“I wanted to purchase a pair of sunglasses for cycling. I wear contact lenses and need as much protection from the wind as possible for my eyes.
Two male employees helped me. One even took me outside to test the difference between regular and polarized sunglasses.
I also ending up buying a pair of the Meta AI sunglasses. They fit well and will be great for walks or bike rides so I can listen through the side earpiece speakers. I will also use the info, photo and video options.”
“Great shop, had exactly what I was looking for. Not many places in Utah have affordable leathers for women, helped me get fitted for the perfect size chaps and cut them to length, they sew on patches and have really nice leather appeal. I definitely recommend!”

“I went to fice for the first time in 2018, since then I’ve been a loyal customer. The streetwear and sneakers selection is the best Best in Salt Lake for retail stores. The workers there and managers are very nice if you’re looking to get a brand new shoe release, I would highly recommend entering a raffle or waiting in a line at fice.
Also, they make their own clothes as well. Definitely check those out as well. Very good quality. I have bought a couple pieces myself.”
