Every time he has come to solve a problem in our apartment, he has been genuinely invested in ensuring the issue doesn’t happen again. He is an excellent worker, and we have been very happy with his performance on multiple occasions. Highly recommended!”
“For the majority of my life we had always been evicted. We had always dealt with the turmoils that had transpired over the years. As did allot people. I didn’t recognize that until I began residing here at Lattice apartments. When hard time seem to find me again, I was here at Lattice. Afraid of being evicted and having to relive allot those moments. A nostalgia that I couldn’t fathom mentally. Approaching the property manager felt as all the other times, I was just expecting the same result. Explaining to Mrs. Alehi, only to be stopped. She recognized me, and understood the struggles I had endured, not only from life but in that moment. She didn’t just throw my situation away. She helped me find away. She worked to help me keep my place. I could lose any thing tomorrow, but what I will always take with me is that chance that was given to me. From the right people. “The residents will take care of you if you need it. My neighbors look out for me. They're kind and sometimes bring me food. Maintenance is helpful. My cat and I like my apartment and it's always well maintained. Of I have an issue I get a quick response time. There always seems to be plenty of room in my apartment. I enjoy the location to downtown, we are in Gateway distance and great food.”

“We've really enjoyed our time here over the past 3 years. Maintenance has been prompt with any issue that has arisen, Thyson has been great, we have had very few issues with packages arriving & no issues with neighbours or loudness. The best features are the in-unit laundry & central air. My only complaint would be I wish the unit didn't have carpet & it had a full sized fridge (it's dorm sized so we can't stock much). It's been a pretty seamless living experience here, wish they had bigger units available so those of us who need to size up over time could upgrade.”
“I have been living at the Zeller for over two years now and it has been a wonderful experience. Fiorella, Giselle, Tais, the maintenance team, and every person in the leasing office has always been so helpful whenever I have a request or inquiry. They are quick to respond, even when they have been short-staffed at times, and it's very clear that they put in their best effort to upkeep the apartment complex inside and out. The pool is always clean and heated, there are fully stocked dog poop bag dispensers around the entire building, if there are spills or messes in the complex they are cleaned up promptly, and overall the complex is just very well kept. Also, the leasing office managers are always available in the leasing office during scheduled hours unless they are giving a potential resident a unit tour or something. In other apartment complexes I have lived in the leasing office managers are sometimes nowhere to be found and cannot be reached by phone or email either! That has been so frustrating in the past, so I am really grateful for the professionalism of the Zeller's office managers. The Zeller is very dog friendly, and the residents are generally in their mid-twenties to early thirties, and they are working professionals that are all respectful and friendly towards other residents. The location of this apartment is great because it's no more than a 5-10 minute drive to Starbucks, Winco, Target, Smiths, Whole Foods, Uptown Cheapskate, Nordstrom Rack, and it's close to State Street so getting downtown is about a 10 minute drive too. So happy to live here!”
“I feel incredibly lucky I found this place. The staff does an awesome job at keeping the property clean and safe. Noise levels are almost nothing.
Rent is also exceptionally fair, my friends are always surprised when they see the price I pay for the value I'm getting.
Finally JWAN! She's the Property Manager and you couldn't ask for a better one. Very kind and always eager to answer your questions and help out any way she can. It's such a rare find to have a Property Manager who is your advocate.”

Ultimately we did lease elsewhere, but only due to finding a spot that fit our family’s needs a bit better. Otherwise would have leased in a heartbeat.
