“The residents will take care of you if you need it. My neighbors look out for me. They're kind and sometimes bring me food. Maintenance is helpful. My cat and I like my apartment and it's always well maintained. Of I have an issue I get a quick response time. There always seems to be plenty of room in my apartment. I enjoy the location to downtown, we are in Gateway distance and great food.”
“McKenzie went above and above in conducting a FaceTime tour with me in person and my sister in law from Ohio who is relocating. She was incredibly patient and answered all of our questions. The facilities are beautiful and the apartments are modern and spacious.”

“600 Lofts has been a great experience so far - the downtown benefits at an affordable price. I'm not sure you could find many other places with such a great location plus nice living arrangements themselves. Even the studios have washers and dryers and dishwashers. It's been a fun place to live, and I'm glad I picked it.”

“Awesome staff, super friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance is very nice and helpful as well. I love our apartment and have been here for 2 years now. Only complaint is that it feels like there are too many apartments and not enough parking spaces. There is probably around 150 apartments, but it seems like there is only half of that for parking spots. Considering there is many people that have more than one car/vehicle it makes parking after work hours impossible.

He even has helped us after the move-in.

“Creekside Village is a clean and quiet property, tucked away makes it quaint. The manager, Kai, is great to work with. You definitely can tell the residents and the property takes priority. Derek in maintenance is also awesome, he cares about the resident and always is helpful with any issues that arise.”
“Overall, my experience living at Woodgate has been positive. Maintenance is always quick to respond and fix any issues I’ve had in my apartment, which I really appreciate.
I recently moved out of my old apartment into a newly fully remodeled apartment with the assistance of Ashli and Amy. They were incredibly helpful and made the transition much easier. There were a few issues with the new apartment initially, but the maintenance crew, especially Tommy was very quick to come by and fix everything.
Like and apartment community, there are occasional things that come up, but the staff has always been friendly and willing to help. The gals in the office are welcoming and responsive whenever I have questions.

“I have lived here for almost two years and have enjoyed my time here. The property is decently maintained, and the apartments are nice. Views on the upper floors and sky deck are fantastic, and the property staff is great. Our property manager, Blake, has been great to work with and is attentive to issues. The building is also very close to the University of Utah and the surrounding hospitals. Easy access to public transit as well.
The only downsides to this building are the ongoing construction, which has lasted longer in some areas than we were told, and the building's ratio utility billing; otherwise, everything else is great!”

We like to ride mountain bikes and hike, which we so far have already been able to explore so much within 20 minutes of our home at Sugarflats (we've been here less than 3 weeks). We went to the Hogle Zoo's Zooluminate (highly recommend), which is also less than 20 minutes from the community.”
