“I was recently invited to a wedding and was desperate to find a dress. After searching websites for days, I decided I would just stop at the Nordstrom in Fashion Place Mall in Murray, Utah on the way to the wedding. I frantically approached a sales associate, Katrina, and expressed my desperation, “I have a wedding in one hour and I need a dress. I don’t know the theme or color scheme other than no pink or black.”. Katrina immediately stopped what she was doing and searched the store for a dress. She helped me pick five different options, checked on me in the dressing room, and even found undergarments for me. She even let me wear the dress out of the store! I arrived there at 1:07 and left at 1:22. So I still had plenty of time to do my makeup and arrive at the venue right on time. She went above and beyond for me and was an AMAZING representation of customer service. A stop that I expected to take an hour turned into 15 minutes.
