“Did not have much hope showing up with an ancient iPhone 8 but my daughter had some that things on it not backed up that she really needed so we gave it a try.. wasn’t cheap because the screen and frame needed replacing but he had us up and running in less than 2 hours. “My husband had a very bad experience with the cricket store in West Valley off of Redwood Road. He purchased a phone there and then the next morning went to return it because it had some issues. he arrive to the store at 10 AM when they were supposed to open. the store open 35 minutes late and there where people waiting outside the store. the lady that walked in was the manager. She told my husband that she could not help him, and that he needed to have it returned by the person that sold it to him. After calling around to different stores, I found out that each store is a franchise and there’s usually like four stores within each franchise. We were able to take it to a different store and have them return it. We also called a different franchise, who helped us put in a complaint to corporate for the manager who works at the one on Redwood Road. The customer service was the worst not to mention she late to work. I can understand having a bad morning, but to turn customers away no I don’t think so! That was terrible customer service not only Was she late opening the store, but she was rude and was unable to help. But let me speak highly of the one over on State Street in Murray the girl that I was able to help us apologized To us for the way that we were treated at the store on Redwood and was quick to get us taken care of!! Go to the store in Murray.”
